Staff were running from one end to the other. Hostess told us to go outside and find a table. All tables (2) were standing in puddled water. We thought about going back in and complaining. Instead, go sit in the cellar room in the back. You'll be seated between giant sidra caskets, with an ancient giant apple press in the middle of the room. The setting is just amazing. Secondly, the food... I don't think you can go wrong here. The Picos region is known for its cheeses, and the cheese plate here was spectacular. Try the local cabrales if you're a moldy cheese fan. It doesn't get any moldier than this. Thirdly, the service. I think they only put the best servers in the back. These guys don't kid around when it comes to pouring sidra. It's a fantastic thing to watch. They will only pour just a mouthful at a time, and hand you the glass directly. They never set it on the table. They are friendly, jovial, and extremely attentive.
