The husband ordered the roast Pork Sandwich, while I just wanted the roasted pork. I wasn't sure about the portion size, but I knew I didn't want a whole or half a suckling- just SOME! And some we got- the perfect portion that allowed me to take some home to turn into sandes later the pork was so juicy and tender- and the flavor was deep and porky (sorry no other way to describe) the chicharron were crispy and flavorful,too. The waitress also served it with housemaid chips a salad of lettuces, agreed carrots, cabbage and tomatoes, and this incredible pepper sauce that packed a powerful flavorful punch!
