Just gotta love Sao Paulo - way too many restaurants to choose from. As well as so many regional variations. But after eating here, definitely leaning to cuisine from the state of Minas Gerais. Started with a delicious chicken soup - Ganja de Galinha: a wonderful broth with big pieces of chicken and unique assortment of vegetables. On to my main course - Escondidinho de Minas: delicious steak topped with mashed potatoes; not quite a casserole, just much better. Served with beans, cabbage, rice making for a very complete meal.
