She takes care of what is needed to ensure my health and helps me improve through eating, exercise, and self-care. I used to go to the Tyson's Corner location, and it was a great office, but you had to pay for parking there, and it was at least $3.95 and more the longer you were there. For the Reston Town Center location, you have to start a parking session, but as long as you are going to be an hour or less, parking is free. I have never been longer than 45 minutes for any of my visits. I am very happy with this location. The front desk staff is excellent, well-trained, knowledgeable, and people-friendly. My primary care physician is truly amazing. Dr. Gannon's schedule is booked way out, and that indicates she is a great doctor with a great following. Besides her, I have only seen Alicia, one of the many fantastic PAs with One Medical. I have seen Alicia a few times, and she is wonderful, very caring, and helpful. One Medical is where you should be if you are looking for a good practice. There are lots of great physicians to choose from and see, and I am very happy with them. I highly recommend them and this particular office. I've been a patient in this group for about 2 years and found this practice through Yelp when I was looking for a new PCP and practice.

Tried to get an appointment with my friends's doc but he was not taking any new patients and I explained this doctor was recommended by a number of people . I was treated in a very business like manner with no regard to this situation of all these friends recommending me to their doctor. Then I saw another doctor for a physical and he was fine but missed the fact I have diabetes even after he reviewed my medications; I take 3 diabetics medications. Then a few months later when I needed a renewal of a medication , the office people refused to send the request through or did send it threw and were told to tell me I needed to make an appointment. I tried to see my doctor for 2 minutes on a physical therapy visit at he same location as the doctor's office. I was refused a 2 minute visit and it was rather cold in the denial of the request. Then the doctor, after I wrote to him, he wrote back to me and said come in for an appointment to discuss the medication. I thought I had a physical a few months before to discuss these very issues , like my medications, but Doctor Trent refused of renew my medication. I am trying to decide if I should find another doctor's office for my health as the way this practice is managed is all business. The art of health care seems to be missing.

BEWARE!!! This clinic tries to squeeze money out of you!…read more I recently moved to the area, so I went in as a first time patient for a physical (which is covered by my insurance). When asked about my medical history, I told them I have history of anxiety as I normally did with previous doctors to give them background of myself. Without my consent, I was given a psychologist referral (despite me already seeing one). I'm kicking myself for not speaking up in the moment. I now fear saying anything about my medical history as doctors will use it against me and charge me more despite those not being topics of interest for my visit. I'm disappointed that the sharing of my information is seen as an opportunity for a money grab, and has now caused distrust for me. Please be careful and mindful of what you say during your visits. I've called for over a month about disputing the visit code and was dismissed week after week only to be told today that they refuse to do anything about it and will not offer any support.

When my daughter was quite ill and running low on options, Shor stepped in and saved the day. Since then, he's provided her with first-rate care as her general practitioner. Don't really know how to put it without sounding over-the-top and silly, but please take my word: He is simply the best there is.

She was apathetic to talking about my records and to discussing my family health, and it was clear she had not reviewed any of my records prior to the visit. As a new patient, I expect a doctor to come in for the first time, ask how I am, or at least say it's nice to meet you. Instead she walked in and immediately started lecturing me on things she believed I was doing wrong based on what I told the nurse. She also talked over me every time I tried to talk to her. I never expect my practitioners to pass judgement or to be so abrasive. Dr. Gorrelick, unfortunately, possesses both of these qualities. I would not trust her, recommend her for patients who genuinely want to know about their health or who want to develop a relationship with their general physician. This is unfortunate, as the office staff were very helpful and friendly.
