What was more concerning was the atmosphere. My daughter was excited and a little giggly, as many children are in a new environment. Rather than helping her feel comfortable, we were reminded to keep our voices down. At one point, the provider even suggested that we reschedule because my daughter was laughing and being a typical child. As a parent, that made us feel unwelcome before treatment had even begun. We also had to complete additional paperwork after being told everything had already been completed online, which added unnecessary frustration. I completely understand that some practices are designed to provide a quiet, relaxing environment. However, I think it's important to have an environment that is welcoming to pediatric patients or to clearly communicate if the office is primarily intended for adults who can remain quiet throughout their visit. I appreciate that the owner acknowledged the pricing error and issued a refund, but unfortunately our experience was not one I would recommend for families with young children.
