Josh picked up, told me I had found the right person, and despite being in the middle of closing up the shop, offered to come over to my house to inspect the tub. After calling to find out when it would be ready, I was told I would receive a call back. When I didn't, I called again only to be told it would be another three weeks. I told them I needed it within 10 days because it was already late, and I had company coming. I was told they would try, but would call in a week to let me know if it was possible. Why would I wait another week on the CHANCE it MIGHT be available? Very frustrating and unprofessional. Was told they have a lot of important deadlines. I guess my ottoman wasn't one of them.
