In fact, I ended up with circus red....and tears! I started my appointment with Randy at 9:30am by telling him that I did not want ANY red in my hair. I wanted copper and chocolate tones (i.e., exactly what my hair currently was, minus my nasty grays). 2 hours later after a wash, I was HORRIFIED to see that my hair was, literally, the color of Red 40 all through my base roots. I looked AWFUL! Randy proceeded to tell me it wasn't that bad but, if I had the time, he could fix it. Fast forward 2 more hours, my hair was still red, but now my scalp was BURNING, and I was almost in tears. NO APOLOGIES even extended. THEN, Gail had the audacity upon checking me out to say that "Randy is going to give you a discount on your color." REALLY?!!!! Not to mention that they charge $30 just for shellac nail polish. That was a surprise. This is an outdated salon run by rude lady who hires inexperienced staff. The facility is old, dusty, and I should have trusted my gut instinct before trusting my tresses to Randy. NEVER AGAIN. I'm going to Tulsa next weekend to get my hair fixed - once my scalp heals from the 3+ hours of being exposed to dye.

And this is why you really shouldn't go there.....NOT ALL OF THE CLIPPERS AND SUCH ARE SANITIZED WHEN THEY USED THEM! Can you say permanent toe fungus from that! Reiterate....the chairs are NOT getting wiped down AT ALL!!!!! Just look! DISGUSTING! We didn't get up and walk out, but we definitely should've, just praying we don't get any diseases from this. Im an actress often working in LA and on location so my color HAS to remain for the entire time of the shoot. There is no time to get hair color touched up while were filming. I adore character's with outlandish loud personalities That comes with some pretty wild bright a** colors and hair styles!!! It really helps me dive into a charachter! Another thing Sara Sosnowski is great at is Removing one color and giving me another color. Many hair stylists are not good at that and can only go to a darker color never back lighter. Sara doesnt seem to have that problem lol. The only negative i can report on Sara is her hours. Shes only open like business type hours I think its 9 or 10am to 4pm monday through friday. It can be hard for me to make it day time but I love the way she makes my hair into a living work of art so much that I take a day off and go to her. Every time im on location and have to get anything done by someone other than Sara i wind up disappointed and thinking why oh why didnt I get this done while I was at home by my girl Sara?!?!?

I took a chance here because honestly there isn't a place in town that has great reviews on here. I honestly don't understand why this place doesn't have better reviews. Helen is who did my nails. These are my natural nails and then she did very thick gel on them to mimic my gel builder that I normally get. I also had her do a glitter polish edging on one side, which turned out really pretty. She did not cut me once which is almost unheard of for me getting my nails done and not getting cut. Almost everywhere that I've ever gone from high-end salons to cheap always cut me and Helen did not cut me. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this experience.
