Sonnie was my therapist, and she was amazing. Her massage sequence was well paced and thorough. I was especially tight in my lower back, and she knew alternative muscles to relax in order to directly affect my focus areas. This does work when partnered with actual massage techniques but just a light lotion rub and then that didn't release my muscles at all.
