This is by far the WORST post office I have ever been to. It's dirty, outdated, and heavily…read morelacking. I understand it's a small-town post office, and not that big, but there's no excuse to be grimey. The staff are extremely rude and do not care about their job. Each time I have been in to mail something has been extremely disappointing. There's rarely anyone ever working the front counter. They rely on a doorbell to alert them to customers, however, I've waited up to 10 minutes for someone to show up. The last time I was in, the clerk had just finished with a customer and I was waiting right at the counter in front of him. He just sat there ignoring me, writing a note on a piece of paper without even acknowledging me or saying "Hold on, I'll be right with you." I wouldn't be so annoyed if they at least would acknowledge you. There also was a time where there was no staff to receive a prepaid package, I waited and waited and WAITED. So, I left it at the counter, hoping someone would at least do their job. Turns out that the package was never scanned in, and ended up "lost". It was a return and I never once got my money back thanks to the post office. I run a small online business, and it's ridiculous that I have to drive over 20 minutes out of my way to mail packages when there's a post office 2 minutes away. I just can't afford to lose out due to incompetence.
