!!! FIRST AND FOREMOST - HUGE SHOUTOUT TO STEVE AND ADRIANA !!! this is the second time I've been to this location. I only come once a year for my husband's work convention. I was immediately greeted once I opened the door. Nothing but genuine smiles. Steve helped me out majority of the time. He was sweet and easy to get along with. I asked if I could switch my appointments around but they were booked. Adriana was able to squeeze me into an earlier slot for one service. Which helped a lot. They both were very thorough and detailed with the instructions for each service. Steve insured I had a dry towel for my shower after the sauna. I did red light, sauna, and cryo. Steve even helped me get a cool photo entering the cryo machine which was pretty fuckin awesome. I felt like a million bucks after leaving this place!! It's super clean but what I enjoyed most about this place is having Steve and Adriana help me along the way. Highly highly recommend!! read more

I enjoy my experience at Restore. I live part-time in Marina Del Rey and part-time in Rancho Mirage and I use Restore at both locations. The staff is accommodating and knowledgeable. At Palm Desert location, nursing staff goes above and beyond to make my IV experience pleasant. I find front desk employees at both locations excellent and responsive. Additionally, the franchise strives to incorporate new modalities of longevity optimization into their program, and I find this approach innovative and comprehensive. I highly recommend Restore in Palm Desert where I've had numerous NAD+ IVs. The nursing staff is beyond fabulous - not only technically excellent but friendly, personable, professional. They make it a pleasure to go there for treatment. The pricing is very user-friendly; the owner is always responsive; same with the people at the front desk who schedule appointments. They are a great team. A year ago, I offered a constructive criticism re a scheduling matter; the owner contacted me immediately and in a very friendly, customer-service focused fashion, corrected the problem; and every one of my experiences since then has been nothing but positive. I'm done explaining this situation because it isn't worth the stress. This company claims to promote wellness, yet their actions show the opposite. I had 25 credits on my account, and 8 of them were set to expire on 12/18, so I scheduled a facial to use them. An hour later, I received a call saying I had no credits and would need to pay full price because their "app wasn't working," which I don't believe. After that, all of my remaining credits were removed--even though I had spoken with another employee weeks earlier who clearly told me I had three months to use my credits after completing three months of payment. That turned out to be untrue. In total, I paid nearly $700 and received nothing in return. Every interaction I've had with this company has been a headache. It's simply not worth dealing with them anymore. The owner can respond however they choose, but in my experience this business is dishonest. Word of mouth matters, and I'm sharing mine. They can keep the $700--I'm choosing peace of mind instead. read more

Beware of this business- if you join and then cancel (it's impossible) they still will pull from your bank account for months! They are Unscrupulous. I called and spoke to a gal at this place of business and she said she would "take care of it" after explaining my bad experience and desire to cancel. They kept pulling from my account and I called in again today the latest was...We will have someone call you. No one called and I received an email stating I needed to put my cancellation notice in writing and give them 30 days notice. Their membership is nothing more than a trap. They over promise and underdeliver on their services. So disappointing after spending thousands at this place in the last year! read more

I always enjoy visiting Restore Hyper Wellness in Palm Desert. I work and live in LA, but I come to to my getaway property in Palm Desert on the weekends (to get away from horrible LA County), and I always try to stop by Restore Hyper Wellness for their compression therapy (great after the 2-3 hour drive) and Whole Body Cryotherapy. Their manager and all of their staff members are always very accommodating, they are very kind, and they always provide great customer service. Horrible customer service!! I had my first visit today for an infrared sauna (of which I had many other places). My first contact was with Tony at the front desk. Arrogant no concern for customer service. He showed me to the sauna and set the timer for 60 minutes. The temp started at 160 and I raised it to 170 as it was not warm enough. After 15 minutes the temp kept going down a degree. I actually sat holding the door for 15 minutes thinking it was the seal. Not very relaxing. After 45 minutes I ended my session as the temp would not go higher than 157.....which is not warm enough. I explained ALL of this to Tony the assistant manager. Not sure what he couldn't understand but he stated it worked for everyone else but when I said it didn't work for me he kept saying "It was within delta at 157 degrees". I kept explaining I could not make it warmer......round and round we went. I explained it wasn't hot enough and the temperature control was not working. No interest in making it better or a simple apology for the temperature control problems. The issue was clear.... And Tony just couldn't make it right. I do NOT recommend this place at all! It's too bad as I was just going to recommend this place to many of my friends......not any more. We will take our business elsewhere! read more

I honestly don't know how this business is going to stay in business! My husband and I signed up for their monthly program earlier in the year, right before we were going to leave for the season. I put my membership on hold, with a credit of close to $300, because two months had been charged my account, and upon returning, that credit is no longer valid. That credit was only valid for 30 days. That isn't how it was explained to us when we put our membership on hold. Their follow up is atrocious! Their explanations are unbelievable! While on vacation in Palm Desert, I was looking for a good place for cryotherapy after an Orangetheory workout. A trainer there told me to try Restore. My wife and buddy joined me and we were pleasantly surprised on how professional, knowledgeable and extremely nice the staff were. The Cryo booth was high tech and amazing! It felt wonderful after the max of 3 minutes. They even play music of your choice. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back next time we're out that way. read more

I had a very bad experience with Restore Hyper Wellness. They had a special going in September for a membership so I joined. I went to a couple of facial treatments and then in November I couldn't go because I had cataract surgery on both of my eyes. When I call to canceled the appointments in November, nobody told me I could put my membership on hold until my eyes healed., Which I would've done if I knew. So they went ahead and charge my account for the membership in December for $291. As I told them in November when I canceled a couple of my appointments that I had eye surgery, they didn't tell me I could put my membership on hold because if they did, I would've done that. So now they're charging me $291. They didn't even offer me a credit for that. They don't have any sympathy that I couldn't go in November and I left a message for Carrie to call me back two days ago and she never returned my call, so I had to call her and then she got very uppity with me. I would never go back there again. It's a rip off. read more
