To schedule an appointment, I simply called their main number and able to schedule my appointment the day of. Not sure if they accept walk-ins but it's always best to schedule in advance. Pro-Tip- scheduling an appointment in advance makes you appear like VIP member. Most times, you are greeted upon arrival and it's lessens wait time. Anyway, I filled out a waiver form to ensure my body would be able to handle the frigid elements which is standard. Then I was taken to the back to strip down. I was given a park of thick socks, Ugg's, gloves and knee warmers (although I didn't use them) to prepare myself. As a man, I kept my undies on and hopped into the chamber. Once inside, the temp ended up getting to -250 and I stayed inside for 3 mins. Let me tell you, ITS WAS COLD! Once outside, my body immediately felt better and soreness seemed to decrease. They will check on you several times to see if you need anything and that you are comfortable. The compression treatment is similar to a blood pressure cuff feeling applied to the whole body. The suit you wear fills with air and adds pressure in a rolling wave from the upper to lower part of your body. It can be a little tight on the feet so be aware. Other than that, you have a 1/2 hour of uninterrupted quiet or a calming music selection to give you the time to pray, meditate and focus on you and your concerns. The facility is bright, well lit and clean. The location is easy to find with free on-site parking, but there is a lot of construction there and is difficult to get into right now.

I'm a single mom and work three jobs and they just stole my entire Groupon . I was on my way to work I couldn't argue with this woman who clearly had no previous experience in a healing setting . Let's start with the teeth. About a month ago I decided to finally splurge and go to my dentist for teeth whitening. It was $500, but I'm getting married so I thought why not. It took an hour, was extremely painful and barely made a difference. I then decided to try it at cryomist on a whim and in 15 minutes my teeth were white (but still looked natural) and had NO PAIN!
