Another one was $20,000 One was $14,000 but I didn't like the guy Finally, we settled on Installers Now, LLC for $13,950 for the complete roof. Extra things come up on the job, like broken gutters and the installation of a bathroom rooftop exhaust fan. Only $800 for the 5 different extras. The boss and owner. I had other inquiries regarding related issues and he helped me identify other work that should be done in conjunction with a roof replacement. I had him compete with three other companies nonetheless. He made every effort to win the contract but he wasn't pushy and only replied when I initiated contact first. I felt like I was dealing with a neighbor, not a salesperson. It was a tough decision but his personal touch closed the deal. When the day came to do the work, the crew was onsite right away and went straight to work. They were not disruptive and got the job done in less than one day. They didn't damage my lawn with their equipment and they checked multiple times that they cleaned up properly and didn't miss anything. They are a local company that I highly recommend.

Starting with Dan Thelen, he provided all options and cost of product details. There were no surprises. The install crew I understand has been with Total Exteriors from the start. The day of my roof installation Zion and the install crew showed up well before the planned start time and rocked it out. Their attention to detail, teamwork and final cleanup was more than what I expected and exceeded the experience that I had 23 years ago with a previous roofing company. The next day the crew returned for gutter and downspout installation. Also, I'd like to give a shout out to Jason who takes quality to the next level. Great job! My new roof looks great.

Great work and great people…read more We have a newer home (2 years old) and during this last wind storm part of our ridge vent shingles came off the roof. We called the roofing company that built our house...crickets. Not even so much as a call back to say they were busy. With rain coming up, and after 4 days of trying to reach the original contractor, we called Rodriguez Exteriors. Rodriguez Exteriors answered the phone with a real human. Orlando was responsive, honest, fair and was out the same day to give us a quote to repair our roof before the rain that was forecast. They did a physical inspection, took plenty of pictures and clearly explained what happened, likely reasons why it happened, and went through options for us as to what can be done. In the end, it was discovered that three factors caused the issue. The wrong ridge vent was used, the wrong nails were used (too short of nails were used for ridge cap usage), and lastly the nails were driven most of the way through the shingles at installation so when the shingles came up they broke through the shingles. Rodriguez Exteriors was very diligent about using the appropriate materials, oem recommended products and installing everything in a professional and proper manner. The work was exemplary and had it not been a holiday weekend, I would have had them replace the ridge vents on the rest of the house on the spot. We will be scheduling them back to do so. When the team was done with the replacement, everything was cleaned up. It looked amazing, and was done correctly. Thank you Orlando and team for getting us repaired and back to water-tight again. No one wants to call for roofing repairs, let alone on a 2 year old home. But the one good thing that came out of this was that we found Rodriguez Exteriors. A family run, honest, trustworthy and responsive contractor. We will highly recommend them any day!

Paid to have my gutters cleaned a few weeks ago and with the downpour this morning, I was shocked…read morewhen the water was coming straight down and hitting my patio door. I contacted the company who had just cleaned them and was assured that they had cleaned all the gutters and all was good. I contacted Bob, the owner of RestorePros and told him of my concern. After a rainstorm my bathroom ceiling was leaking. Bob took pictures of the bath vent that was causing the leak. While on the roof he also checked our other vents, skylights and areas that he felt might cause us future problems. He took photos of those problem areas. He clearly explained what the issues were, how they should be fixed. He then quoted a flat price that included the supplies and labor. Bob and I agreed on the time he would return to do the actual work. He arrived on time to do all the repairs needed. While he was on the roof he offered to also clean my gutters and trim a couple small branches that were rubbing our shingles. He included those without an additional charge! Bob called after the next rainstorm to make sure the leak was fixed. I was very impressed by the professionalism showed during every step of the process. So much so I asked them to do more work for me in the spring. Installing new siding, interior doors and flooring which now show our 50 year old homes age.
