Item arrived so I contacted the shop and they told me to ship it back to them. I paid for the shipping but never received confirmation that the return process had started--this was my bad. The item made it back to the shop and when I asked for my money back, they had the audacity to call ME the scam artist and blocked me. So yes, 0/10. Save the hassle and do not shop here. When I went to pick them up I noticed the cushion that went to the chair was a lot thicker and taut than the 2 that fit the loveseat. 1 of the owners agreed to send the 2 back to be added too. When I went to pick them up they were wrapped up and I noticed when I got them home that they looked the same as before. I did show him pictures and complain about the quality of the stuffing done to no avail. Just letting others that shop here know Not to be as Stupid as I was. $300.00 of bad work
