Totally unacceptable, I would stay away from here and I will be letting my doctor know not to recommend them as well. I can't control the schools schedule and this just adds salt to the wound.

Needs some Rehabilitation for itself…read more I had a recent hernia repair that caused me to hit the reset button on my very physically fit lifestyle. My doctor recommend an option for Physical Therapy to ease back into exercise and to make sure that I protected my repair since it can take almost a year to fully heal. I was recommend to this location by a friend of mine who had a similar injury. When I initially called Dunn and Associates I was greeted by a receptionist that was very friendly but not informative. I kept asking questions like what to expect, what to wear, and how much my insurance would cover for the service. Even though I gave my insurance information over the phone and describe my reasons for physical therapy, I was told that all information would be addressed in my initial consultation. When I arrived for my initial consultation I was told it was actually my first therapy visit and I would have to pay my copay. I was extremely put off by this, because I made the appointment before work and was dressed in a skirt and office jacket. I was not prepared to pay or participate in a session. I even commented to receptionist that when I made the reservation over the phone she should have instructed me on what to bring and that money would be due. It was not that I didn't expect a cost, but I would have like to known the price so I could save my money or even postpone my first appointment so I could pay at time of service if the amount would have been substantial. I have had two physical therapy sessions so far. Most of the therapy is related to Pilates and protecting the core. I receive very detailed instructions and handouts for me to practice moves at home. They constantly ask me to have weights and a small ball at home, but I keep telling them they should offer this as apart of their rehab service since it is required for my at home therapy routine. I have seen some improvements with movements and think that the therapy is really helping me in getting back to shape. I am still bothered that this office just seems generally disorganized when I arrive and on communicating what is expected about the therapy process. I could not imagine being older and not understanding what was needed to get the best results from my therapy. I am happy with the Physical Therapist I have, but feel like all the non medical staff needs to learn more about the business to have better customer service. Assigned to Dr. Price, his nurse had an unfriendly personality even though I had preregistered online with all the info she was upset I didn't have my medicines list to verify what was in my registration. I said aw man, I forgot to grab the list, but I filled it out online. Well you don't have to get upset with me she said with a firm hostility, I'm not upset at all. Just concerned I won't remember my meds is all. They were in my file the whole time? Then Dr. Price bolted into the room briefly asked what was going on, cut me off while I was talking, told me he didn't see anything on the x-ray to match with the pain I was having. Most doctor's smoothly slowly exam range of motion during the leg exam, NO! He rapidly shoved my legs back as if to play with a young child. Extremely painful, but he had already made his mind up that I wasn't having any issue. I was wearing a skirt he didn't bother covering me up as he flailed my legs around in the air even thought I had asked for covering! I asked did he view the MRI imaging that my other specialist saw issues? Extremely arrogant, dismissive, and disrespectful. Really spoke down to me as if I were crazy and not in extreme pain. As he roughly shoved around on my back during his brief exam I explained I was having a spinal fusion surgery and disc removed in my lower neck, he scoffed as if I didn't need that either. Tried quickly telling him I had severe pain in lower back and possible fusion there as well, but he cut me off again so I wasn't allowed to explain that either. THREE TIMES he shoved where my other damaged disc was that's pinching on the nerves!!! I was gasping for air and instantly sobbing as he told me that's where my hip pain was coming from. AGAIN my spine specialist saw in the MRI and showed me where my hip bone was pushed over rubbing bone on bone in the socket. He left the room, I hobbled over to be sick from the pain HE INDUCED then took my next muscle relaxer. He comes in to see me picking up my leg then dropping it when I walk he cockily asked WHY ARE YOU WALKING LIKE THAT? You need to bend your knee, no wonder you are in pain, AS IF I'm causing this debilitating pain! Like it's my fault? Through my tears I try to explain it hurt moving the joint around, this has been the only way I have been able to survive throughout the day with the pain. He finally admits to seeing what the other two doctor's saw, didn't give me a treatment plan, my options, nothing! Offered a shot in my hip, I'm still trying to collect myself and in shock that a supposed top notch doctor couldn't be so condescending and pompous to his patients, but I now see he has 12 other poor online reviews over the years stating the same exact situation and character. Well done you want the treatment or not?! I really wanted to bolt out of there but my children need me back to some kind of working order and my other surgeries are approaching. He finally gives me a gown but hikes my skirt all the way up and my panties down vs just pulling both down a little bit from the top as I requested. He doesn't sterilize the area, slowly put the needle in but it was very painful. His nurse suited him as she was just as rude and abrupt as he was looking at me as if I were petty, I hear her from the hallway, all needles are uncomfortable. Didn't bother telling me what to expect from the injection, treatment plan ...nothing! DON'T PAY "THE PRICE" go anywhere else but here!

He is qualified to use dry needling, electronic stimulation, ice, and other therapies. The entire staff appears to get along well and those at the desk are friendly and courteous. Keyon has even helped me with other problems he's spotted. He also had me schedule appointments out several weeks in advance so that I can plan ahead. The clinic is clean and larger than it looks from the outside. I highly recommend this place. I do wish they had better pillows though. They are kind of flat. lol

I called Dr. Kimberlain's office based off his 5-star rating on other review sites early morning to see if they could make space for both of us that same day. Surprisingly, his admin was extremely friendly and professional, answered all of my questions and generally made me feel very comfortable. We arrived on-time to our appointments but had a mountain of paperwork to fill out with numerous questions, which pushed back our time by 30-40 minutes. I was nervous the doctor would be upset with us but he treated us in a very positive demeanor and took great care of us. The office was clean and comfortable, the staff was fantastic and the doctor was thorough. I asked many questions and he took the time to answer everything in detail, knowing full well that we probably wouldn't be returning patients considering we are from a different state. Lastly, I want to say you don't see many reviews on my profile - there's a reason for that. The physical therapy office is located on the back side of the building. During Covid you do have to call before you can come in. They take your temperature and screen for Covid. I typically would not drive this far out for physical therapy but a few weeks back my shoulder/neck were killing me and I knew that ProRehab could perform E-Stim, Dry Needling and Kinesio taping without a Rx for PT. The location that I typically go to, Middletown, didn't have any available time slots but were able to pull up the other locations calendars and book an appointment for me after work. While the distance was a negative, I was driving from Taylor Blvd that day, the care and attention that I received made it worth the drive and I would definitely drive back out there if need be. If you ever need any Physical Therapy I would highly recommend checking out any Pro Rehab location. The staff go above and beyond for their patients, they are extremely knowledgeable and they have multiple modalities to assist with pain reduction.
