I had a 2pm appointment, checked in, waited a few minutes then made my way back to the room. Procedure/shot took place, and I left. All within about 45 minutes. The major difference with this location and the East Nashville is service and bedside demeanor. The associate at the counter was disengaged, and the nurses were flat. Was an odd vibe.
