My typical treatment for nerve pain radiating from my vertebrae include Laser, Cupping, Dry Needling, Electrical Stimulation, Vibration/Massage Treatment. He doesn't "throw you on a machine, and "walk away", as so many other therapists do. Noel is "hands on" with his art and craft. When I walked into the therapy clinic that was less than a half mile from my house, to find out he had opened his own practice. I quickly googled his name, and found his location in Sugar Land! Yes, I travel all the way from Katy to Sugar Land, because Noel is THAT GOOD. One of my friends was complaining of pain and I referred her to him. This was her response to me. "Noel is what I have been looking for all my life. THANK YOU!" I met another woman who ALSO is now a client of Noel's. She had ONLY OBSERVED (but was Never treated by) Noel, at the exact same clinic that I had originated from in Katy. However, I was treated there by Noel, She was not. She only OBSERVED him handling other patients. She too travels from Katy to Sugar Land - because of Noel. Noel is VERY THOROUGH. He does require everyone to wear a mask, as he humbly sanitizes his equipment between his one-hour sessions. . If you suffer from pain or have balance issues, You MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT! I received a second opinion and was referred to several PTs, ultimately choosing Ondrusek's Sports Medicine. I am glad I did. My recovery progressed smoothly from week to week and after about 4 months I was released to practice and build muscle on my own. No follow-up surgery required. When I went to my first appointment, I asked if I owed anything, they said "no". I went back several times, and each time they told me I didn't owe anything, that it was 100% covered by my insurance. Then a few weeks ago, I got a bill from them for $455.00. When I called the billing department, they said that the company had failed to inform the PT facility that, under my insurance, I was not 100% covered and that I should have been paying a $35 co-pay each time. Very unprofessional, very frustrating, and I'll never use this company again.
