This past weekend was my Wedding on the 18th. I called this company on August 19, 2021 and had made…read morea verbal agreement with them to do my photography and was told that a contract would be sent over. I also sent a deposit of $140.00 to secure the spot. The photographer keeps expressing that we do not have a signed contract but I did give you the money. Why would you assume we didn't have a contract? Well I never received that contract but assumed that since I sent the money which was half of the full charge that I had secured the Photographer. Flash forward to the wedding Day, the photographer which I paid half the verbal contract amount to never showed up. I had no photographer for my Wedding. Thank goodness for i-phones. Do not trust this photographer on her word or to follow through like I did. Assume nothing with them, only after threating to leave a bad review did she finally refund the money but not before I had to dispute it with my credit card company and after much grief of having the photographer act as thought I never sent her the deposit. She did offer to do a free photo session for me and my husband, but at this point, I have a very bad taste in my mouth for this photographer whom did not show up for my wedding. Why should I make them feel better about not showing up for what I sent you money to do? I did not expect anything for free and was going to pay the balance but I was disappointed in the end. The amount of stars should be negative or at least zero but in order to post I had to put at least one star.

We had previously gone to another business and they messed our file up so we decided to go to professionals. I did a quick Google search for tax services in my area. Rose's popped up. Being in El paso I thought it said Roas's not Rose's like the actual flower. We had an appointment set for 6pm, I had called earlier that day to see if they had any openings for earlier since our kids would be in school we wouldn't have to bring them. They were booked solid but were very nice about it. We kept our appointment time at 6pm and bought our 15 month old. Apon walking in I was hesitant to bring in his stroller because i didn't know what the space was like, but after deciding to bring it We walked in the door to a lovely and spacious set up. We were greeted by the lovely receptionist (i did not catch her name) I was instructed to sign in and have a seat. We were informed about 2 mins later that our tax preparer was just about done and she would be with us soon. They had a t.v in the waiting area and 4 comfortable swivel black chairs. We watched some animal planet which my 15 month old loved. About about 7-10 mins we were seated with Beverly. She was a sweet woman and before she got to work she greeted us and our little man. After that she got straight to work. My son was a little fussy half way through and the only gentleman in there started distracting him for me while i looked for his food. Got a little flustered and everyone in there informed me that they have kids and the little crying didn't bother them. That instantly set me at ease. Found his banana and he was a happy camper. She did our taxes and in about 45 mins we were done. Everyone in there was absolutely amazing. We would definitely come back here vs H&R block next year. Thank-you.

He told me to take some pictures and I thought I was gonna get to see these pictures before he sent them to me I mean, I paid $83 for him to send me pictures that look like The worst thing you've ever seen no smile. What kind of photographer send someone pictures with no smile, especially when that's what they need for their business cards or to show people that they're real people. I do not recommend this place for anything and I messaged him. He read the message and never responded.-2 stars is what it should be horrible and I would never ever recommend him to the people that I work with and we take pictures every week, especially with new hires.
