Settlement was delayed due to vendors bank not releasing the security. I asked the conveyancer two…read moredays in a row if we could get access to the property and was told no. I rung the agent directly late at night, who organised it for the next day first thing in the morning (was even told that the vendor has said they were surprised we had not asked earlier). I wanted to pick up title and was told it was not ready (this was a week after delayed settlement) and would be done when they had time, I also requested the stuart tile insurance policy which I had paid for - that was not available. 4 weeks later (not having heard anything from the conveyancer) I contacted them and they told me to collect title and emailed the policy through - I told them I would come in on the Monday to see them and they told me a conveyancer was not available. I am still waiting for the final adjustments to be sent through to me (I would expect an adjustment on rates at least..) I am still waiting. Dont waste your time or money on this firm. If your looking for a business that offers a poor unprofessional service - this is place is for you. Good luck.
