So I have been shopping in this store and it's sister store for 2 years have spent over 4k and truly love these shops but I bought a pair of pants on Thursday and wore them Friday for 2 hours the pants ripped during regular activities and by the way they were big not tight and the assistant manger who was sold me a 1k jacket one year earlier at the the time was super nice was not only rude but disrespectful she at no time remotely had any shown sympathy or remorse just basically tried saying that construction was good and they are good quality yes there was a little dust on them because I wore to an event which I had to leave to come back to hotel and change. If I was the manufacture I would no longer allow this shop to carry my $207 pants with this kind of customer service. I never get upset or ever post anything but this really upset me. read more

The staff is rude and lacks the problem-solving skills needed to assist customers who were led to believe they were purchasing a high-end product at a premium price. I would expect a retail store with two decades of experience to understand why a customer who spends over $70 on a cotton t-shirt would expect it to last longer than a couple months. While I value supporting small, locally owned businesses, I refuse to be treated as though my patronage is taken for granted rather than appreciated. I will not be returning. read more

Shop local on Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and whenever possible! This hip, family-owned boutique carries women's and men's clothing and accessories including brands 7 for All Mankind, Michale Stars, Citizens of Humanity, and many more. They're conveniently located on the south side of Healdsburg's Plaza, between Noble Folk Ice Cream and the Healdsburg Inn. The prices aren't cheap but are in line with what you'd spend on those brands elsewhere. I popped in needing a top and was greeted by the friendly and helpful manager. Found two cute Michael Stars tanks that will be long-lasting layering pieces! Score! They have an exclusive men's boutique called Ereloom two doors down (on the other side of the Inn). If you do buy here or at any of the other small boutiques in town, take note of their return policy. It's often a short window of time, and for store credit or exchange. I get it. Small business! Suffice it to say that my wife and I have been completely displeased with the way we have been treated at this store, and would never recommend it to any of our friends or family. However, after corresponding with Rete management, we're hopeful that they will learn from our experience to better their service for the rest of you fine folks. Friendly owner! I love the large selection, and she definitely has great taste with the items that she has chosen. It is a bit pricey, but you will fill your closet with up-to-date clothing and find that it feels similar to a boutique in Santa Barbara or Huntington Beach. The only downside is that the shop is a tiny little retail space. I find it kicks my heart rate up a notch when I feel claustrophobic while clothing shopping, and that is the only downside to the store. Staff has always been friendly in assisting, but I would definitely come in on a Tuesday afternoon, or you might be a little overwhelmed with the narrow walls around you.... read more

I recently had a pair of corduroy pants fail on me that I'd bought from Rete a few months back. Since they were not cheap I took them back to see what could be done but was not satisfied with what the manager offered to address the issue. Shortly after that interaction I received a call from the owner who was very kind and assured me that she stands by all her products. By the end of the call my faith in Rete's good name was restored and I knew that they do value their customers. I will be returning to them as a customer in the near future. read more

I don't shop for clothes too often but every time I am in Healdsburg I HAVE to stop at Rete. They carry my favorite brands of clothes- Michael Stars, Splendid, Velvet, Ella Moss, Hudson, and a lot more. They always have a sale rack and honestly that's where I get most of my clothes. The people who work there are all wonderful and are very helpful with making decisions. They also have very lovely accessories and purses. There's a men's section in the back of the store and there's always a sale rack there as well. read more

This store carries great lines: Michael stars, Splendid, Ella Moss, Hudson, and a wide variety of mens. There are a few brands (velvet, alternative apparel) that i LOVE, but i feel as if the prices were marked too high for those brands. The staff was very friendly, however a little overwhelming, i understand customer service, but perhaps just assign one employee to a customer that way the customer isn't beeing asked ,"is everything ok?" by each of the 3 employees on hand. Ahh what to say about my favorite store ever? Super cool, laid back atmosphere with awesome decor and such fun window displays. They have the BEST selection of denim for Men and Women! And, they have so many of the most popular brands all in one store! The gals that work here are so helpful and kind - they even offered to call me when they get more of my favorite jeans in! It's like having a personal shopper! Not to mention they do these great email blasts with coupons and discount codes (ask to get put on the list)! This place reminds me of a casual clothing, jean line that is a reminiscence of some styles of Ted Baker shop at the South Coast Plaza. The brands sold there were Diesel, Juicy Couture, to name a few. I liked the men's clothing selection more that the women's. My bf ended up finding some unique light cotton zipper jacket & a casual dress shirt which is rare for him considering he hates shopping & spending $$$.
