For months they took our right to clock in to travel to and from Naples Away.and made us do it for free. Two hours a day. You can't get any hours during the summer as doctors take long vacations.You literally starve to death as an employee. And then add the poor management that Michelle Dimmein provides. Useye does not care about its employees! I'm not even sure it cares about its patience. As long as we can put as many through as we possibly can.That's all that matters. Scheduling, anywhere from 3-5 patients every fifteen minutes. It's not quality care. I've seen as many as a 199 patients scheduled on one day! Add the number of patients with the poor management, and it's a disaster. If you're looking for a retina job, Go anywhere But there!! Consider this a public service announcement

But, I found her to be very rude, inconsiderate and inadequate. It is obvious that she doesn't care about her patients. She missed my diagnosis and had no time to listen to anything I had to say. Obviously, it certainly is not just me because the help there sided with me immediately and suggested that I ask for Dr Brown for my next visit. I later talked to a friend that just made an appointment there. She told me that the person on the phone suggested Dr Brown instead of Dr Stacy Gorovoy.
