If you find something you like and want to offer less than the price listed, the employee working can usually contact the seller via telephone to make your offer. It can get pretty crowded on the weekends and the place is crowded with items for sale already. Definitely not the place for a small child unless you plan on buying a lot of broken items. Otherwise, leave the toddlers at home. Every time I have been in here, the employee working has always been very polite and welcoming. You will usually find yourself in a conversation with either the employ ye or other customers within a few minutes of entering the front door. Lots and lots of things that will have you saying, "Wow! Remember that?". I'm a Pontchartrain Beach nut and have found items here that I haven't seen even on eBay. Art, furniture, architectural items, papers, toys and more can be found here. For those in a wheelchair, there's a ramp on the side of the store. Ox-lots are available for parking nearby. If you don't know what that is, maybe you should visit Covington. I rated the Copper Rooster as "inexpensive" but it really depends on the piece you are buying.

When a customer attempted to give her feedback on her business after spending a significant amount at this sale, she verbally abused her and made a scene. After attending many sales in many areas, I would never suggest shopping with her. In addition to her attitude, she just slaps painters tape on items and marks pricing on that. It's sad that she doesn't take the time to put proper tags on VERY expensive items/furniture. It comes across more as a garage-sale type situation. Very disappointing.
