The owner Terry was extremely helpful and professional. He delivered the photo stand and set it up. Terry also stayed at the event and showed everyone how to use the photo stand. On top of operating the photo stand the owner also recorded and took pictures of the whole graduation party so there was no need to book a photographer because he captured all the amazing moments that would have normally been missed. I would definitely recommend renting the Digital Photo Stand/w Photo Booth and the whole experience from Let's Party Rental Services. The price was reasonable considering everything that came with the experience, for my next event I will be booking through them again!

My advice is to NOT do business with Vicars Rentals…read more I first reached out to Joe Vicars on December 19 to inquire about a custom table. We finalized details on January 10 and confirmed final measurements on January 14. At that time, I was told the table would be completed in 7 weeks. After 7 weeks passed, we reached out for an update and were told the project had not even been started. We were understanding and agreed to extend the timeline another 7 weeks, even offering to pay extra to have it completed sooner. We were assured it would be done within that timeframe (see text that I attached). At the end of the second 7 weeks, we followed up again. We were told there had been setbacks due to power outages and were asked for one more week, which we agreed to. However, after that week passed, we called multiple times (Monday and Wednesday) and left messages with no response. At this point, a total of 17 weeks has passed for what was originally quoted as a 7-week project. Throughout this entire process, communication has been extremely poor. Calls have gone unanswered, messages have not been returned, and deadlines have repeatedly been pushed back despite repeated assurances. What made this even more frustrating was seeing his ongoing social media posts promoting new work and services (minutes after calling or emailing him to find out a pick up date) while our order remained incomplete and without updates. It raises concerns about taking on new clients without fulfilling existing commitments. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience due to lack of communication, missed deadlines, and unfulfilled promises. I cannot recommend based on my experience. I reached out on Monday, May 4th with a text and email saying that if we did not hear from him by the end of this week, we will look for another table and do our business elsewhere (going on week 18!). As you can guess, absolutely no response.
