Horrible experience! The lady cut my hair uneven & kept saying "ups". So called back next day. They didn't seem surprised when I mentioned who cut my hair. Manager offered to fix the hair the next day for free, which they did as much as possible. The manager then offered a free balayage as he wanted to ensure I return as a customer. I left 5 stars online, even though the initial hair cut had been poor (& he didn't wear a mask). A day before the balayage appt I received a call & text saying they'd have to cancel the appt as the hairdresser was off sick. I'd have to pay for it if I'd still want it (no new appt was offered). I called a week later & spoke to the manager again (hoping this was all due to miscommunication). He wasn't friendly at all but said I could come the following Sat for a FREE balayage. 1 day before the appt. I get a text again saying they wouldn't offer a free treatment anymore, I'd have to pay or get 50% off a hair cut. Unprofessional & rude, can't believe this. read more
