My mother's home going Service was October 18. 2025 and I wanted her body to be taken into the cementary with horses and a buggy. John told me he was unable to do it because he had to do his dad's service the same day,but gave me two other referrals. I called and neither one had availability, I text John back and told him how disappointed i was. Around a half hour later, John said he would do his dads funeral and then move some things around just to do it! He had his secretary Veronics set things up. She was so pleasant and was like a breathe of fresh air! That was a miracle that John said he would do it! The horses and carriage were simply Beautiful and Elegant! Even the way the horses galloped into to cementary! I've never seen something so beautiful! ​ Please, if you are thinking about having a special occasion or doing something like this, call John and his assistant, Veronica, you won't be dissspoined with their services! ​ ​

I spent a lot of time, effort and money and chose your company because of the Cinderella carriage and strong recommendation from the venue I chose. This mixup of the carriage and wrong horse ruined my entrance. My parents and I drove over an hour each way to come to their farm and view the Cinderella carriage along with the horse that would be arriving for the day. I had a very nice time, and we bonded over the vision that I told them I've had since I was a little girl. I confirmed the Cinderella carriage and the dark horse (Big Billy or Lilly) live in person, over the phone multiple times, on the contract, multiple emails, and on the deposit payment even the final week before phone confirmation. Two weeks before the wedding Rose didn't know I had a contact and I had to Resend it to her along with the proof of PayPal payment confirming the Cinderella carriage. The day of the wedding moments before I was to be escorted in the carriage to walk down the aisle, I walk out of the venue to get into the carriage and it is the wrong one! It was very upsetting and just crushed me. There was nothing that could be done and what other option did I have being a mile away from the ceremony- so I got in. This was a huge mistake and was the most important part of my wedding! To top off the awful feeling of that day with the wrong carriage -I then saw guests of the hotel going for carriage rides (not even my guests) around the parking lot which completely stole the spotlight and significance of my entrance that I paid for, for my big wedding day. Out of respect for the company I sent my feedback via email to hopefully come to a conclusion to make it right. John Called me immediately and said " how do I make it right" After no response for over 2 weeks they responded to my email saying " We did provide you with a service, at your option" WOW After several other attempts to communicate they have not returned any line of communication. You provided me the WRONG service at a point that I had no option. I did not receive the service I paid for or we agreed upon. I'm a little shocked that's the stance you chose to take when you put me in a very uncomfortable situation just moments before I walk down the aisle on my wedding day. I was all by myself, on the opposite end of the hotel. What was I going to do at that point- I was completely in shock and removed from the entire wedding and the entrance point of where I was to meet my father. How Else was I supposed to get there? My only option was to get in the carriage. I am appalled by this companies lack of professionalism and not having any consideration for such a big mistake on my wedding day to rectify the situation. As a business owner, you should care more about your customers by providing the right service. You've intentionally kept the bad taste in my mouth when you could have made some sort of amends when you said you wanted to make it right, but didn't follow through. I never thought that you would have made so many mistakes but secondly how you would run your business when I came to your house and met you, what a shame. Regardless of retiring that you mentioned on the phone, your integrity is disappointing.
