There is an indoor track, tons of ellipticals and treadmills, great weight area and mat area for stretching. I love working out at this gym! I always forget to bring a lock so I carry everything in my jacket and put it on the side when I go running. Nobody has ever told me to put my jacket somewhere else. Only compaint is that all the TVs are like stuck on Fox News. Blegh. Where's the CNN?
