I've always dreaded taking my car to a mechanic because I was worried that they were going to rip me off. My friend told me about Revive Auto, and said they were the most reliable honest auto repair shop he has ever been to, so I thought I might as well give them a chance since my check engine light was on and I was in desperate need for a oil change. I arrived at Revive Auto around 10am, there was 2 people being serviced when I walked in, but right when I walked it I was helped immediately which was a pleasant surprise considering you usually have to wait forever at mechanic shops. I told the mechanic that helped me all my issues and he said no worries he will take a look at it asap. within 30 minutes, I had received my oil change and a answer to my check engine light. It was nothing more then a silly clogged air filter. They could have told me it was anything, but they were honest and it made me feel comfortable to use them from that moment on. From that day I've used them for all my auto needs. I went in 2 weeks ago for a flat tire, received 4 brand new tired $80 cheaper then Discount & Belle Tire!!! I didn't even know they could come cheaper then that! They also accept foreign and luxury cars. my dad takes his Lexus and my moms Cadillac in there because he said they are the only ones he trusts with his babies. So if your looking for a good honest auto repair shop, Revive Auto is the ONLY place I would recommend to my friends and Family. I had to get my car checked because the engine sounded weird. A friend of mine suggested Revive Auto Repair, so I called the shop around noon and told them that I want the car to be checked and to get a quote. Nick told me I can drop it off after I finished work. When I dropped of the car Nick listened to all the stuff I told him about the noises and made notes. He asked some questions and told me they are quite busy, so he can't say for sure if they'd get it done till the end of the next day. I told him to check the whole car for issues because I just bought it a month ago and I need to resell it in 4 months. The next day Nick called around noon and told me one of the engine mounts was worn out and had to be replaced (that's what made the noises) and also an oil-change should be made. He gave me a good quote and I let them replace these two things. I could get my car back the same day and it works great again. Went in this morning needing an A/C line replaced in my 5 series BMW. Nick (owner) promptly pulled the car in and immediately began replacing the line. I was expecting to leave the car all day but I was pleasantly surprised when he came out and told me it would be ready in 45min. Customer services was awesome, Nick was awesome and as promised the job was finished before I could even call my ride to pick me up. My A/C works again! A repair made necessary by incompetent work at a BMW dealership. It is a rare thing to experience this level of customer service anymore and although I don't write many reviews, my experience this morning at Revive Auto and with Nick compelled me to rave about a rarity in the field of auto repair anymore; prompt, courteous, honest and fast service. My car broke down in a city that was 60 miles away from home, which is frustrating for many reasons, one being that I couldn't get my car to my car guy without a $300 tow. I researched local auto repairs until I found Revive and thought I'd take my chances. Repairing my car was a big expense making it even harder to find the silver lining in this scenario, but Nick at Revive made the experience as good as it could be. When I have the time and if I have the tools, I'll attempt to make my own car repairs. I enjoy being handy and I'm an engineer, so I figure I've got a good set of fundamental skills. I was driving down the road and all of a sudden I heard a clunking noise in my wheel, I pulled over to the side and noticed that my tire was sitting inside of my fender and I didn't know what to do because I was just about to go out of town. I called a dozen places and none of them could get it done even within a week as well as their price quotes were over $1000. Finally, a repair shop that isn't out to over charge their customers and with excellent customer service. I had an issue with my tire on the way to work and luckily it happened right in front of Revive. They were so friendly even asked if I need a ride to work so I wouldn't be late. About 20 minutes later my tire was back on truck. They were able to fix it, most other places would have told me I needed a new one. Also let me know that in a thousand or so miles I should have my brake pads replaced instead of trying to sell me service on the spot. There price was so fair, I insisted I pay more and told them to get lunch. Its a great feeling knowing I can go there and get great service and not be over charged. My son had his rear axle changed on his Volkswagen at this shop and they charged him for a brake fluid change in addition. After he received the car back, the brake light was on full time with a chime going off every 30 seconds. In addition, the ABS light was on which was not the case before the axle was changed. My son took the car back to complain. Being familiar with VW's, I told my son to have them check the brake fluid level as the light and noise happen when the fluid is low. The mechanic said he checked the fluid and it was fine. Upon inspecting the brake fluid master cylinder ourselves, we found that the cap was never replaced which contains the brake warning system. This is an elementary mistake that should have been caught. I cannot recommend this shop. Still trying to figure out ABS issue as we got no help from this shop. read more

I turned in my car last Tuesday because my engine was overheating all the time. Nick, called me back on Wednesday to tell me that my engine block is cracked and I have to get a new car, because replacing the engine wouldn't make sense because its to expensive. I can't really say a lot about the mechanical work, because they didn't do anything on the car except the inspection. But the customer service is amazing!!! The Services was quick and understandable, even for people who have no clue about cars and who are from a different country. After he told me that a replacement wouldn't make sense, he offered me to help me finding a used car. Further then that he would also check my "new" car before I buy it! I went ahead and got my car towed to them on 4/16. I received a call 2 days later telling me that my car was ready to go and fixed. Mercedes told me it would take a week minimum. I wasn't sure what to expect going to this place, but I needed a massive oil leak in my Jeep fixed. I spoke with Nick and he gave me a run down of the most likely problems and how much it would be to fix. The price was lower than anywhere else. His time frame for completion of repair was spot on. As an added bonus, the repair comes with a one year warranty. I appreciated the service so much that when my Audi started violently shaking and the check engine light came on, I brought it back. Once again I am using Revive Auto Repair. I went to another large company tire business who did not have my tire in stock, kept me waiting for over 2 hours when they could have just filled my tire enough so I could drive to Revive. Nick the owner actually drove there to check out my tire to see what was going on with it, I was blown away! When I got my car finally to Revive they took it in immediately to replace my punctured tire. I got a great price on it and I think I was maybe there for 20 minutes.
