The contract states "The Owner acknowledges that the usual commencement date for the Work (the "Work") is approximately four (4) weeks from the date of execution of this agreement, excluding weather delays, and may also commence at a later date due to seasonal high volumes and other factors outside of Dominion's control." It's been over 3 months since we signed to have the work done on our roof. The company does not return our calls. I would never do business with this company again, and I hope no one else ends up in the same situation as we did.

I called almost 2 weeks ago in order to get a quote on a new roof. They told me at the time that it would take up to one week for an estimator to contact me. I said that would be fine. After waiting over one week with no one ever calling me back, I called them a 2nd time. I explained again that I was told it would take up to one week and now more than one week had passed with no one calling me back. They apologized and said they would get someone to call me right away. I waited again almost another full week and no one called back again. Finally, I called them for a 3rd time and told them all of the above. I said they needed to call me by the end of today if they still wanted to try and get me as a customer and I told them I hoped they would contact me as they promised to do on 2 previous occasions. Despite my third attempt, no one called back. This company doesnt have the slightest clue what good customer service means. This is how they behaved before they had my money. I can only imagine how terrible it would be after they had my money. I would never hire them nor recommend them to anyone when they cant even do the basics properly (ie. returning phone calls when they say they will).
