AC people tried to rip me off, lawn service needed this or that before even consider to do their job, one guy wanted $800 to install 1 single outlet etc. I gave the gentleman who came to estimate the job on the spot because I could read through him that he was honest and very professional. Didn't feel the gentleman was basing his estimate on what he could get if he just asked this or that since I didn't know his work. The contract signing, appointment setting and actual job couldn't have been any easier for me, very relaxing and stress free as the home owner. We needed our roof cleaned and decided to hire professionals to do it. We did a quick google search and Revive popped up. Since we had no prior experience I looked at the reviews and across the board they seemed to be an excellent choice. Sam came out and was super friendly, he explained how they would treat the lichen growing on our roof and take care of all the other discoloration. We also had rust stains down our chimney that my husband and I had tried getting off ourselves with a power washer and cleaner, but we were unsuccessful. Sam said they would try to get those off as well. Jon and AJ were the techs that came out and they were very professional and courteous. They were not only able to clean up the roof and kill the lichen, they got the rust stains off the chimney. It looks fantastic! My husband and I are big sticklers for detail and Revive has exceeded our high expectations! I truly appreciate all the special care they gave around the house and property. My 22 year old house and roof truly look brand new. I've used other power washing companies but they've paled in comparison. My house is 3,600 sq. ft. (3 stories high in the back) and it only took them 2 hours (including the roof) and they didn't miss a single spot... WOW.... and I barely new they were there. Fantastic!!!! Our home is the Home I grew up in and was built in 1946. A stone home with a slate roof and some vinyl siding. It was really looking dull, dirty and the slate roof had mold/moss growing on it and was deteriorating the slate. Jon explained that it was damaging the slate and needed to be removed. There was also many areas that rust was "bleeding" out of the stone. The transformation was unbelievable!! All rust areas where removed, gutters, downspouts were cleaned and white again, vinyl siding looked brand new and all aluminum capping sparkled! Jon went above and beyond and needed to come back to do some touch ups. He is definitely someone that cares about what he does.
