We have been trying at nauseam to make things work with Revolution Air since the the spring of 2020. It's now been over 3 years and over $70,000 and our system still doesn't work correctly. This company definitely tries with effort but their Achilles heal is they blow off your appointments without any communication and zero follow up or follow through to reschedule. The end result is the homeowner needs to literally run after the contractor constantly to ensure work gets completed. At this point we have given up on this company it's just too exhausting to chase someone to do their job so you can pay them for what should be a symbiotic relationship. If Revolution Air decides to improve their customer experience and product quality, I will be more than happy to update this review. read more

Unreliable. Unprofessional. Dishonest. Irresponsible. Mediocre. This company was hired by the seller of our home to fix A/C unit prior to closing date. There was a nice hefty invoice they had to pay for a poor job which resulted in A/C dying on us just a few days after they came to service the unit. Issue: A/C set to cool it would heat and vice versa. Then unit completely stopped working. We emailed Revolution Air the day of closing 3/13 and confirmed they would be there on Sunday 3/17. That day I waited and gave them slack for their tardiness as things happen. Sent email and hour later from their waiting window to follow up. I got a response right at midnight at 12:34 AM with a poor excuse as to why they didn't make it; an internal clerical error. I then requested to stop by before 3/21 which was moving day. I called the following day three times and I only had the option to speak to a answering machine. Never heard back... 13 DAYS LATER I get a call from Jonathan apologizing for his delayed answer/response to my request. This is outrageous and very disrespectful. This only reflects the mediocre job and customer service. Since this company was unresponsive I had to call and drop several hundreds of dollars to have a legitimate professional tech and fix their mess." prior to moving day. The work done was completely wrong, poorly done. A new problematic expensive thermostat was installed. The price of this thermostat could buy you a nice Nest thermostat. The issue with the A/C was way beyond a simple thermostat issue. I didn't need your services 17 days later after my initial call. I needed services when you promised you'd deliver. These guys are awesome! My air stopped cooling, and I called probably 6 or 7 places before finding this company. They were the only ones who could come within a reasonable time frame (it was less than an hour! Which is funny, because "One Hour AC" called me back after like 5 or 6 hours -- ha!). Anyway, they fixed the problem on the super cheap. A week later I had them install a REME filter and an extra vent in my bedroom, and they did a phenomenal job for a great price. Revolution Air is the best service provider out of EVERY COMPANY that touches our home. Bryan, Jonathan and the entire Revolution Air team provide a level of service that no longer exists. We love the ability to truly book online (you can literally pick a time slot) which helps when we are running around crazy. We had a unit fail on Mother's Day at ~12:30AM. We had a newborn and multiple guests visiting as we recently had our first child. Revolution Air was onsite in under 24 hours, and our AC is working perfectly. 5 stars for sure, Jonathan was amazing. Our thermostat let us know that the air conditioning wasn't working properly so I went out to the condenser and the lines were frozen solid. I called Jonathan at 3pm on a Saturday and he came out with no extra cost for being a weekend at 6pm. By 8pm he had the system diagnosed, filled with Freon, and leak detected. He found a huge leak in our condenser coil and gave me a quote to replace the coil and a quote to replace the condenser as a whole. We decided to go with replacing the condenser as a whole and he gave us a solid recommendation for a new one that was energy efficient and just what we needed. He was honest and thorough. He even looked at our evaporator coil, fixed that, and installed my new filters. He kept in great communication and didn't charge me for the Freon and leak protection because we were doing the new condenser. This saved us about $700. He was then out bright and early on Tuesday to replace the condenser. He did a great job and I would HIGHLY recommend them for any HVAC need. We will definitely be using them in the future. Called them after our a/c was blowing hot air and when we called early on Sunday, 8/20/17, they said they were really overbooked but if we could call back to see if they could squeeze us in and thankfully they did!!! We were told someone would be by either between 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. and they showed up at 3:30 p.m.!!! Jonathan was great! He explained everything and was very thorough when looking at our a/c. I paid Revolution Air to repair a reach in cooler in October 2017. The cooler was not maintaining the proper temperature. However, it was cooling fine but was getting too cold. One day after Revolution Air repairs it stopped cooling completely. I called the company and a gentleman rudely stated that someone will come to repair it within two days. It took about 8 weeks and several calls before someone came out to repair it. The technician said there is a small leak and he will add some chemical to determine the source of the leak. He added that there will be no charge for the visit or the chemical since they were already paid for the repairs. He said he will return two days later since the chemical will need some time to work through the system. It is now four weeks later and despite 4 no-show appointments no one has showed up. My phone calls were being ignored until I called from an unknown number. They gentleman answered and hung-up as soon as I identified myself. It is now 6 weeks later from the last visit and our cooler is still not working costing us thousands of dollars in revenue. We will get another company to repair our unit. I hope the the owner of Revolution Air can sleep at night but God is watching. read more
