There are also several cheeses which are hard to find elsewhere. The only let-down is the selection of wines, which are a little haphazard and a little too focussed on Spanish and Italian. So, if you want the finest ingredients at prices lower than the KaDeWe, this is the place to go. But please do go early as they can run out of stock of certain items by the end of the day.

All of a sudden the guy on the phone yells at me saying "I AM NOT GOD, I CAN NOT PREDICT THE FUTURE! We order it on Monday and if it comes it comes and if it doesn't it doesn't." I mean, what can you say to that? For an upscale store like Frische Paradies I just expect better service, or at least not to be yelled at for asking a reasonable question. They should treat their customers better!
