If I could give this place zero stars I would.... I used these clowns for my wedding and it was nothing but an absolute mess. Literally one of the crappiest experiences in my life. To start, they closed down a store where a good amount of my groomsmen went to get their stuff and didn't tell anyone. Not me, the wedding party, no one they found out when they went to the building and it was closed. I then had to track all this stuff down that was scattered between FW and San Antonio 2 days before my wedding with no warning. To make matters worse some were mis sized and some hardly fit at all. Not only did Rex formal wear San Antonio and Fort Worth not really take any responsibility for this mess. They expect me to pay full price for all this "great service" lol Hellen Keller partying at a screamo concert is more organized than these clowns. Don't use these people they will try their best to ruin your special day and then expect you to return these pieces of crap within 48 hrs they really organized about getting their stuff back the first min they can. Terrible. Staff was unfriendly when we we picking out suits. We waited for a hour to get 1 person of a party of 3, sized properly. Ordered everything on January 15 for pick up on March 25. PAID IN FULL. Received a call on March 22 that they didn't have the sizes. Instead of offering an apology or another option they just said they couldn't do that order. That left me with an emergency to find 3 tux in 3 days. This company is unprofessional, rude and if I ever see them at another bridal event I will be sure to tell everyone what a terrible company they have and they they treat their paying customers like completely garbage and have no sense of decency for wedding parties. If I could give no review I would!! I would not suggest getting any suits from this place!!!! My Son was in a Quince and we have done several. We couldn't pick up the suit until the day before the event!! I inquired what if something is wrong then how do we get this corrected! They explained that the warehouse was in the back of the store and that it would be fixed same day! If the warehouse is in the back then we shouldn't have to wait day before most place you can get things mid-week in case something is wrong! I take off work and take the boys out of school and the wait is over a hour just to pick up! Our first time here. Our son is standing up in a quinceñera and we came for the first fitting. They were very busy(which is good for them) but very helpful. Martha helped us out with our son. We chose Rex because they were recommended on a San Antonio area wedding Facebook group, but we were sorely disappointed. They took on way more business they could handle for our son's April wedding because it's also prom season. We waited an hour to be helped and then even though we went in a month prior to be fitted, at least three of the tuxes for the wedding party did not fit properly. They simply did not have the sizes that they wrote on the tickets when we went for the fittings, which we drove 3 hours each way for and took two hours for three people to get fitted to make sure pick-up was smooth and everything fit well. One person was given a stained white shirt and a few did not get the bow ties or buttons. It was a fiasco and it stressed everyone out even more on an already stressful day. Oh, we were also told that the tuxes would be ready 2-3 days in advance, but they were scrambling to get everything together the day before when we came in from out of town. This is the worst place to get a tuxedo from. I paid for my rental over a month ago and when I went to pick it up it took over two hours waiting to pick up. They were understaffed and they have a paper notebook to sign in on that they go by to see who's next. There was a wedding group who continued to add peoples names next to there's and the staff continued to service them even though they saw them walking and had not been in line waiting. I would not recommend them to anyone ever. read more

Make sure you try on everything you rent. The initial fitting sizes didn't come close to what they gave me. Pants would stay 'sized' from faulty closures. If you're going to wear a tux more than a couple of times, buy one on eBay. Much cheaper and a better fit. read more

Extremely disappointed after my friend left in tears because she & her fiancé had an appointment scheduled today, two months in advance!!! The whole party of ten showed up & the employees claimed they didn't have them booked anywhere in their books! AFTER the owner called her a week before to confirm. She showed the employees the email confirmation, mentioned the confirmation call, & the employees said basically "oh well, the owner isn't here now." On top of just that, they were extremely aggressive when interacting with my friend & the party & did not apologize or seem sympathetic at all. SUCKS!!! This place has the absolute worst customer service and I'm not a picky customer. I used them for my wedding and the day my groom and groomsmen went to pick up the suit they gave them LIME green pocket squares which in no way matched the vest and tie which was a very light pastel green.When we asked for the correct color all they said was "that's all we have" that was not at all what we picked out and we were not told that they couldn't find our color. Although I doubt they even tried. UNACCEPTABLE for a tux rental place to give the wrong color a day before our wedding. This store has no customer service and the employees have took no accountability. I used this store for my wedding because they offered a discount through the wedding fair. I went in and ordered the tuxedos a few months before the wedding. We picked out the colors and styles for the tux, vests and ties. I got a call 2 weeks before the wedding telling me that the ties I ordered would be an extra $10 each. I told them that was unacceptable because they had already agreed to give me what I ordered for a certain price. I called every day for a week and no one could give me an answer about correcting my order. I finally spoke to the manager lady Jay who was very rude and called me a liar but said that i would get the ties I ordered because the lady who took my order made a mistake. When we went to pick up the tuxedos, we did not receive the correct ties, my dad's tux was dirty and was the wrong size. They sent the wrong size jacket for the groom so my dad had to go back the day of the wedding to get the correct ties and jacket. We ended up buying shirts from K&G for my dad and the groom because the ones provided by Rex were so worn out and dingy. And after all of that they charged my credit card for an extra $90 because they said a vest was missing, even though the vest was returned. It took them 4 months and being reported to the Better Business Bureau before refunding my money. read more
