If this was true (which I believe it not) they would have been aware of the shortage well before my arrival time and could have informed me so as to save me the drive that day. This Walgreens has lost or messed up 3 of 7 prescriptions that we have had called in over the last 4 months. One, I went through the drive thru and they said they didn't have it. So I called the pediatrician's office and they said they called it in. I went inside to double check and the guy behind the counter found that it was in there but had been deleted for some reason. One, I had a family member go in to pick my scripts as I was at home sick, they said they had three scripts (which was right) but then they only gave her two and told her that if the third one was really mine I would need to come back in and get it. It was just prescription strength vitamin D. I went back in the next day and they claimed they never had the third prescription. After this last time I have change pharmacies. This store is awful. The customer service is subpar at best. The pharmacy is awful. I've called…read morethem repeatedly for over an hour and every time I call they hang up. The last time I was there I waited 30 minutes to pick up my prescription. And that's fine. I have nonproblem waiting. Everyone should be allowed to ask their questions and get squared away. But after waiting in the line a cashier yell out that they were closing in 10 minutes, as if we were supposed to leave. She was very rude, unfriendly and extremely unprofessional. When I got up to the counter she just stated "Date of birth?". Super rude it took me less than 4 minutes for the whole transaction but she was awful about it. Today to avoid in person interaction, I called and was hung up on repeatedly. I would be on hold and when the calls kept ringing with no answer I just went back through the directory and was rerouted back to the pharmacy line. And after going around like this for 15 minutes I would get hung up on repeatedly. I just switched my pharmacy to another location. When I called that one the phone was answered immediately and my question was answered. Everyone is short staffed and tired but that location has gone downhill.
