The chef was very patient when teaching us how to cook the dishes. At the end of the class, we were given a recipe book on the dishes we cooked. Also, a few spices were available to purchase when the class was over.

You can easily do serious damage to your wallet here, but you are going to have so much fun doing it. My wish list just keeps growing.

The quality of the instruction was OUTSTANDING and the staff were so warm and friendly. And the food was AMAZING, and so plentiful! The classes are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this as an activity while on vacation there to my American friends and to my Spanish friends who wish to learn how to cook amazing, healthy food.

We had the BEST time at this cooking class. We ended up taking the class during the 2019 Pride…read moreweekend surrounded by all the local businesses and flags. The chef welcomed us a few minutes before the class started and quickly got us signed in. The chef, Diego and his assistant gave us an overview of the class and gave us a minute to get our drinks, options were endless amounts of homemade sangria and white/red wines. The sangria was made by the chef himself with his own special flavor and it was BY FAR the best we had tasted in all of Spain! We spent the next 90 minutes making fish, sauces, lamb, pork, gazpacho, and scallops. He pre-made a few things but much of it he taught us to make. First of all, he was super friendly, spoke fluent english, highly knowledgeable and overall a fantastic host. Altogether the class was 6 people, my mom and I, and two other American couples. This honestly was one of the best experiences during our trip to Spain. We made the foods and then ate them all together at the end. I would highly recommend!!
