Chantilly is so far from here that we never travel there! And if you plan on purchasing our home to redevelop it into another McMansion, think again! I won't let you destroy the character of my neighborhood while I'm still alive. Any future prospective buyers of my properties will not be considered if they are represented by this agency. I even asked them politely to stop calling me after receiving at least 20 calls from them. They told me they were advocating for their clients. These agents from VA send multiple marketing materials per week with a fake handwritten message scrawled on notebook paper saying that this is their X attempt to reach me, and instructing me to call them to discuss the sale of my home. I've texted the number provided several times asking them to stop sending marketing mail, but it continues. When I spoke to her a week later I realized that she simply didn't care because when I asked her the same questions she still didn't have any answers. They claim to have buyers ready to purchase your home which is not true. They rave about your beautiful home and how easy it will be to sell which they never did. They say if it doesn't sell, they will buy it at a price agreeable to both parties. Our house was listed at $950,000 and they offered to buy it for $650,000. Don't know any buyer who would agree to such a ridiculously low price. We listed the home $30,000 lower than the most recent comparable next door with the same floor plan. That property sold a month before we listed ours. The home is also in excellent move in ready condition. read more

Real Estate agents engage in the only profession that comes to mind that the provider can be incompetent, negligent and engage in willful misconduct and still stand there with her hand out at closing. If you care to avoid those "qualities" I strongly suggest that you avoid Sarah & Debbie KW and Melissa Melendez. I was lied to and ignored. There were essentially two buyer's agents in the sale of my home. They may be able to complete a simple cookie cutter transaction but anything out of the ordinary that requires the slightest knowledge and effort confuses them and therefore they simply do whatever they please. KW - IF you respond please do not apologies to me. It means absolutely nothing. Fixing it is refunding the money that I paid for the worst transaction, process and experience that can possibly be experienced in a real estate deal. Those of us not claiming to be a real estate professional are compensated when we provide competent service, and we are not paid when we do not. NOTE: I have not used this agent, this review is for their marketing only. A house two doors down from me is being sold by this realtor team. I was curious as to what it looked like inside and how much it's being marketed for so I sent a text to the number on the sign. I immediately got a message back with a link to the house. That part was great. What I didn't expect was an immediate barrage of calls from them (4 within 2 minutes). That's a bit much. Then I got a text message asking me if they could answer any questions about the house. I replied no, that I was a neighbor just curious. Another message followed asking me if I was planning on moving. I replied no and to take me off their list. Then today I got ANOTHER phone call from Christian about the house. Holy cow! Did I not tell them to stop bugging me? I called back and told whoever answered to tell Christian I wasn't interested and that I wasn't interested in their aggressive marketing tactics and hung up. Please get a clue. I'm sure that plenty of neighbors inquire about houses to see what's up in the 'hood. Don't take it to mean I'm going to buy or move. Being a first time homebuyer can be confusing and scary. I asked for someone who would explain the process and be available to answer all my questions. Nancy Gabro was able to do just that. I felt like I was in good hands. She was available by both text, phone, and email. She was able to recommend a good lender, home inspector, and appraiser as well. Heidi Ryan also played a big part in making sure I was satisfied and comfortable along the whole process. Both Nancy and Heidi were very responsive anytime I had a question. Even after closing, they were able to answer a lingering question that I had and did not leave me to figure it out on my own. I would recommend them to family and friends. I've sent multiple requests to cease contact, and please STOP unsolicited mail or contact, but the mail continues. This is bordering on harassment. I will seek guidance from General District Court on a protective order or cease and desist letter. I would definitely not consider doing business with this company. Their blatant disregard for my plea to be left alone and not harassed to sell my home signifies that they are only concerned with their own bottonline and well-being with lack of regard or empathy for those of us that want to live in peace without being harassed to sell our homes. The team of Chris, Maria, and Becky did an outstanding job. Since the listing to closing date, it was 96 days. Though quick for our 55+ condo considering Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year holidays in between plus the new 55+ communities popping up gave us some competition. There was constant communication along with a lot of data pulled into reports for us on our property. Definitely a wealth of information but our number one priority was getting our condo sold. Our experience with Nancy Gabro was the absolute opposite of the review posted previously. The process was an absolute waste of time with two offers that fell through over a 3 week period. It is not apparent if the offers were negotiated and each time the offer fell through we were notified via text message. A host of other unanticipated experiences to include: minimal outreach and feedback after showings, no strategy to sell or follow up discussion after the first offer did not work, days without contact from agent while our home was listed, agent seemed disengaged resulting in more of a guessing game experience for my husband and I. During the 6 days under contact, as the buyer's agent there was no initiative to assist us in finding a new home. Truly a disappointment. None of the promised buyers (8), guarantees or VIP treatment was extended to us. Clearly not an equitable experience. Now we start over after losing a month of time and energy or postpone. read more

We called for basic service information over a year ago. We chose not to use their services. The " team" continued to call and harass us even after 18 months and many times asking to be removed from their list. Today someone named " Trent" he said called and when we became annoyed and asked again to be removed hung up in mid sentence. We called back. Even if I were potentially looking for a realtor, I would not choose one based on a robocall message, and I do not think that a realtor that relies on robocalls to find business as one that is trustworthy or competent. read more

I first must give credit where credit is to due. The only reason we joined The Reynolds team at first is they recruited our Realtor Lisa Thurston whom we have known for over 10 years. We needed to sell our townhome and build and move into our new build dream home. The Reynolds team was so professional and they had a plan and executed flawlessly. First let's talk about the talent on The Reynolds team. The behind the scenes team was so helpful and their customer service was amazing! Lisa Thurston does what she does best.... serve the customer the way should she would want to be treated. We trust her and she knows that we have to make decisions that will affect us long term. She makes sure she educates the customer, gives her professional opinions (when needed), and then lets you make those decisions with that knowledge. She had two tough tasks. She delivered above us our original asking price for our townhome and our newly built dream home. We were planning on putting our house on the market on April 1st,2019. We were getting ready to start prepping our townhome to show in late January/ early February. They had given us a plan to do this and also how to do this. Lisa encouraged us to list as a "coming soon" even though we were not ready for showing the house. We were a bit reluctant but since our new house was not close to being ready. Since we trust Lisa we followed her lead and listed it as coming soon on a Thursday. Potential buyers' realtor inquired over the weekend, came to see the property on Monday. We had an offer on Tuesday evening and both parties signed the contract on Wednesday evening. Not even a week SOLD! As for the new home.....Lisa was there every step of the way. Lisa helped us in the design center build our dream home. She helped us through some tough decisions. Where we spent money where we did not. We had so much fun with her and designing our dream home. It's taken some time to get to writing this review. The past few months of working with the Reynolds Team to sell our home AND purchase a home was the most stressful, awful process I have ever experienced. We have bought and sold a few homes in the past, but never encountered this much miscommunication, misrepresentation, and dishonestly from a real estate agency. To make a very long story short, our first agent we hired through TRT simply disappeared about a week after listing our home. You read that right. Just stopped answering calls/texts/emails. Almost as if he just vanished off the face of the earth. We never got a straight answer as to what happened to him but decided to stick with TRT as they made a commitment to lower the commission on the sale of our home AND offer a closing credit towards a new home. They convinced us to lower the price of the home to attract multiple offers. Well, that didn't happen but we did get ONE offer. And that was all we needed, right?! It was low but we were getting beat down with the selling process and wanted to finish things up. Our agent told us she vetted the finances of the buyer and we were solid. Turns out a few days after we ratified the contract (which included a new roof for the buyers) we were notified that they didn't qualify for the sale price. She said that someone dropped the ball and pointed at the lender, but never once taking any accountability. She even suggested we drop our price even more so the sale would go through. This was just one indication that TRT did not have OUR best interest in mind and they just wanted to close the deal. While this is going on, we put an offer in on a home and circled back about the closing credit with the team leader. "No credit was going to be given because we don't do that and you must have misunderstood me". We had it all in writing, yet she continued to deny that she promised it. After getting nowhere with her, we emailed Sarah directly only to get more of the same. Making us feel as if we were in the wrong and were trying to ask for something for nothing. We thought the only course of action would be for us to file an ethics complaint and take legal action. She responded by telling us to communicate with her lawyer. For perspective, if you add up what we sold and bought through their agency, it totaled about $1.7 million in real estate. Do the math and you can see how much they made off of our transactions, yet treated us like we were liars. We forwarded the email of the promise of closing credit to her lawyer and wouldn't you know, all of a sudden they were ready to speak to us like adults. Final slap in the face was on the day our home was supposed to finally close and sell, our agent calls and says we need to hold more money in escrow bc the roof was not complete. Which was never part of the contract to be complete before close, just contracted. Which was confirmed with her in writing! Instead of taking responsibility for not making that clear in the contract, she pointed fingers at me saying I did not give her the documents she had "been requesting for weeks". Again, not true. When my husband and I refused, she conducted a 3 Way conversation with a lawyer (presumably from the TRT) and my husband to give him an ultimatum to either put the money in escrow or walk away from the deal. ON THE DAY OF CLOSING! All jumped through more hoops that day to try to get the deal closed. By 5 pm we heard no updates from our agent and found out that our home closed...through a notification on our REDFIN app. We had to text our agent and she nonchalantly writes "you closed and the funds will be wired in two days." Two days later when expecting the proceeds to be deposited. They weren't. Called the title company only to discover, WE DID NOT CLOSE! The lady at the title company said our agent told her she was trying to get a hold of us all day and could not. Yet another lie Bottom line, DO NOT USE this agency. They lied, did not listen to our concerns, and most of all, made us feel as if our requests for honesty, respectful and fair treatment were unreasonable. They do not know what good customer service looks like. When they drop the ball, be ready to pick it up for them because they sure as hell won't ever admit to being in the wrong. read more

They put signs out front of their homes for sale that say "Open house EVERYDAY call this 1800# for pre-recorded information on this house" and then it has an ID#. THIS IS A TRAP FOR THEIR ROBO CALLS AND CONSTANT ROBO TEXTS AT AT ALL HOURS. A TOTAL TRAP!!!! When you call the number you get NO information at all after entering the ID# nothing at all happens, but what it DOES DO is capture your phone # and personal information EVEN if you blocked your number FIRST before calling their 800#. They then use your # and pay a company for ALL the rest of your information, full name, home address then proceed to harass you non-stop from many different names and #'s and pass you AROUND the office for ALL the employees to harass you with both calling non-stop and texting non-stop at ALL HOURS. Then they try to bait you with texts saying "hello is this (your name here)?" like they're some long lost friend. Block ALL YOU WANT THEY call from different #'s. Disgusting. Horrifying way this company does business trying to trick people like that. They have been calling and texting about that same house for 2+ months THE HOUSE HAS LONG BEEN UNDER CONTRACT AND SOLD IT WAS SOLD BEFORE THE EVEN STARTED HARRASSING ME CITING THAT ADDRESS. These are bottom feeders, real car-salesman types. For million or half-million dollar deals you should be using a more professional reality company that doesn't have to bottom feed for clients these people are way too thirsty and they don't have YOUR best interest at hand. read more

I foolishly got drawn in by their false promise of a "report" that would detail their plan for either selling my home or buying it if it did not sell. I filled out their online form that gave them my closely-guarded personal contact info in exchange for their promise of a report. I specifically requested no phone calls. Instead I got a phone call at 8 am the next morning and NO response from my subsequent emails requesting a copy of the report, but only further sales pitches that I DO NOT WANT as my home is currently listed with another agent, which I told them in my request for the promised report. Now that they have proven their lure was just a scam, they want my business? Are they kidding? Do they expect anyone will trust them after such a scam? Now they will probably sell my details for a profit. I'm disgusted with their unethical advertising. read more
