Our roof was damaged by wind in March 2025 and we were told for six months that they were waiting…read moreon a check from the main office and that our roof would be replaced. In the meantime, they patched the roof with what looked like a large black bandaid. Six months later and three leaks on our ceilings, we were told the patch was all they were going to do. We replaced our roof, at our own expense, and canceled our five policies with State Farm insurance. This was the only claim we had with State Farm and certainly will be our last. I would not, and will not be recommending State Farm, or this agent to any of my friends or family.
