Look any where else for oxygen they will not have your best interest at heart they wont replace your filters they gave my brother a machine that had mold inside of it he was always getting sick brand new filter not even 2 day covered again. STAY AWAY at all costs!! Horrible, just horrible to deal with. I've been a customer for 12 months and have had to call them every single month to deal with billing issues. I've had to call my bank multiple times to track down cleared checks to send to Rezk to prove that I paid them and they cashed the check. It is a constant struggle to get my account straight with these guys. I finally decided to end my business with them 3 months ago after they put me on auto-shipment of the supplies I was ordering. They just shipped me a box and a big bill without any permission to do so. I've now had to call them 3 times in the last 3 months because they keep sending me bills. I'm fairly sure I've paid them hundreds of dollars that I never actually owed because I just can't deal with all of the phone calls so I end up just paying them. I can't seem to get it through to them that I no longer want to have anything to do with their business. Do yourself a favor and don't ever try to deal with this business! Do NOT use this company - REGARDLESS OF LOCATION! Attempted to get medical equipment for my elderly mother. I experienced long periods of hold, disconnected several times, incorrect fax #'s provided by customer service, different information per each customer service representative (once I was actually able to reach a person). Script and Dr's notes needed to be revised. The Hospital ER had NEVER heard of such a thing! We never received the equipment! NO Customer service follow up regarding the numerous calls! Thank you Rezk Medical Supply for providing possibly the worst service I have ever seen! I ordered supplies through the automated ordering service 2 weeks ago. Never opened the package because My daughter was hospitalized. We were advised by the doctors to throw out the old one due to infection risks. So this evening after returning home from the hospital we opened the package and the BiPap mask is missing the tubing. The machine does not function without the tubing. So...I call the emergency line and have the technician paged. He calls me back to tell me the item is not life sustaining, even though it runs with oxygen and is physician prescribed. To make it better, he proceeds to tell me they would have no way at this hour to verify the billing. Problem with this...#1 since I already ordered the tubing, I guarantee the tubing has already been paid for...#2 some idiot who packaged these replacement parts failed to put the tubing in the box...#3 the item costs less than $20, if the insurance didn't pay for it-bill me! The $20 isn't going to break either of us. Not life sustaining...this is a child we are talking about. And before you ask...we have had equipment from Rezk's for over 10 years and this is not the first issue! Furthermore, the tech proceeded to tell me I would likely have to pick up the item, since it would not be worth delivering. WHAT?!? It's your company's mistake! What the actual hell?!? UNFREAKING BELIEVABLE!!! I'm so done with them! I informed the tech, "don't bother to process my request. I will call you to pick up the machine!
