My son has an autoimmune disease in which his immune system attacks his brain. He has been on antibiotics for a year and a half for mycoplasma because his immune system doesn't attack the pathogen only his brain. He refused and I told him he could not come in my home. I called the company. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice and explained they will make accommodations if they know in advance. That is fine, but I shouldn't have to let you know in advance. If you are going in peoples homes you should be willing to consent to simple requests that do not cause you harm. Even if you believe extended mask wear can be harmful.... wearing one for 15 min to protect a small child isn't going to hurt you.. If you can not make concessions of kindness and respect then you should NOT be going in peoples homes.
