I went to this office twice. Once for my annual and another for issues I have been having. Both times I saw an NP and both times I felt like I was dismissed and ignored. The provider kept telling me that my issues are not GYN related. I'm not a doctor, so I'm not one to argue. But when I am told that I'm back to square one and that all of my issues are more than likely gastro, it makes me feel as if a word I said was not heard. And the visit summary reflects that. Symptoms I discussed in the visit were not documented, the tenderness that I mentioned was not documented. I am following with gastro. Have been for some time now. Hence the reason for going to my GYN because more than likely these issues are NOT gastro. The quality of care is disappointing. A patient should never walk out of an office feeling as if they do not matter. Feeing as if they were ignored. This practice needs to do better with the quality of care provided to their patients. To be honest, this practice doesn't deserve even 1 star! read more

I have severe vaginismus which makes any penetration nearly impossible. Plus, I have previous s**ual assault trauma that makes the attempt of penetration not only severely physically painful, but also severely emotionally traumatic. My doctor at this practice does not take it seriously and at every annual pap smear appointment she condescends my pain. (Also, aren't paps supposed to be every 3 years? Why does this practice force me to get one every year or they withhold my prescription??) They do not account for different vaginal issues by, for example, using a smaller speculum, a plastic speculum, or a warmed up speculum. They just don't give a single f***. The last two years I was informed patients could not have a support person at their appointment due to Covid. I called ahead to ask for special permission for my support person to accompany me as I cannot deal with the trauma without them there. I was given permission both years, but when it came time to bring my support person into the room with me they refused to let them in and staff caused a scene in the reception area both times due to me bringing them along... after getting explicit permission to do so. I am forced to go through with my exams or they threaten to withhold my birth control from me, which I need due to severe bleeding and periods that last 5 months straight if I go unmedicated. That isn't right. They should not withhold prescriptions due to something I am trying but legitimately physically unable to do. Been trying to find a new place but can't find any accepting new patients currently. read more

Dr. Sanko is wonderful but the front desk staff and billing are not. I am told I have a balance, but have never received any bills and I gave birth 4 years ago nothing is in collections. Also, I had a deductible and I was never given any bills the entire time I went to RGOA. They never asked me to pay anything while I was patient there either. read more

The nurse practitioners here are fine... But the reception is dreadful. I inquired about changing OBGYNs for my pregnancy, as I was assigned a male doctor when my previous doctor left the practice. I was told that under no circumstances could I switch to another doctor in the practice, even though I am incredibly uncomfortable with the idea of going to a male doctor. I have reached out to the office twice in the past month through the practice's portal to express my concerns and have not received any communication back. Clearly this group does not care to advocate for their pregnant clients. I am so unimpressed with how they run their practice. read more

I've been struggling with symptoms of endometriosis for several years. I was repeatedly dismissed and told to try an IUD. I was told, "even if [I] do have endometriosis, RGOA wouldn't do anything except prescribe birth control." When I finally caved and got the IUD, the doctor rolled her eyes at me when I shouted in pain (to place an IUD, the doctor has to PUNCTURE your cervix). The front desk was always a nightmare as well - rude and inaccessible. Today, I went to another OBGYN, and they immediately scheduled me for surgery to remove my endometriosis (which I do have after all). I nearly cried when my new doctor said she believed me and would help me. I'm overwhelmed because of how quickly I was diagnosed after YEARS of being dismissed and invalidated. I cannot exaggerate how terribly RGOA treats its patients. read more

I have had nothing but bad experiences here. I came to Dr. Cunningham as a new patient looking for a wellness visit. When she saw me, she was short, rushed, and I asked one question about something that was concerning me, and she answered it, went "Oh, then you don't need the wellness stuff like the PAP smear." Made some notes and left. The face time was maybe 2 minutes. Then, I got a bill for $250 because apparently - though I had scheduled as and requested a wellness visit - asking that one question switched me to a problem visit and that wasn't covered by my insurance. They never told me this was the case - before or after - never told me I'd have to pay a month later, never said anything to make me think it wasn't a wellness visit. Since I was already a patient there, I got birth control pills through the office. I ran out a few weeks before my wellness visit to refill, called and asked for an extra month so I didn't have to go through the hormone fluctuations that come from abruptly stopping and restarting. I got the nurse's voicemail a few times, no return call. I panicked, called around and found a new doctor, had an office visit, got my perscription, went to pick it up and found RGOA had sent one month, but hadn't told me. So I didn't have to switch, didn't have to go through the hassle and pay for an office visit. I was happy at my new office (Madonna) until they couldn't give me an IUD for stock reasons. I called RGOA and asked if I could come there - I had been their patient under a year ago. They said Cunningham doesn't accept patients after they've seen another doctor, like I'm tainted or a traitor or something. I asked if I could see one of the other 5 doctors at RGOA covered under my plan, and they said no. No inner-office switching. What the fuck. There are only 10 doctors in the area that my plan covers, so that's the majority of doctors ruled out just because I saw one doctor at RGOA once and left because I felt like I had no other choice. The people on the phone cut you off, the doctor was rude, and generally the customer service sucks. I'm angry and disappointed and glad to be rid of RGOA. read more

I went to this office for about 10 years, seen by Dr. Sanko. I switched offices as I was traveling an hour and found a provider that was closer to my home. However, after an awful experience at my local office and them not being affiliated with a hospital I want to deliver at, I attempted to switch back so that I could deliver at Strong and was denied returning to the office because they will not take people back that switched offices. This is extremely disappointing and terrible service to the community. I am disgusted. read more

I have had an on going gyno issue for months now that is extremely irritating and no one at this office seems to take it seriously. They keep giving me the same medication and do not listen when I say it is not working. The scheduler at White Spruce is rude and acts like she has a medical degree because she's "been there for 15years". She told me that one of my systems had nothing to do with gynecology when it's a side effect of a medication and then told me "whatever" when I tried to explain. This place is honestly terrible and that lady needs to get checked. read more

I had the worst experience with the Gates office of this practice. I recently made my first appointment but unfortunately had to cancel. I called in plenty of time and rescheduled. On the day of my new appointment, I left home in plenty of time, only to find out that the address on the website is a deserted bldg. I tried calling the office repeatedly. No one answered. I finally found the address from a friend of mine. I arrived 20 minutes late, to an empty waiting room. I explained what happened and apologized repeatedly. The receptionist said I was too late and could not be seen. She gave me a number to call. I called that number several times a day and left messages but no one ever called me back. No one answered the office number either. I finally drove over and asked to make a new appointment. I was told they would not be taking me as a new patient because I rescheduled an appointment and missed an appointment. I almost flipped my lid! I wrote a letter to Dr. Pulli but got no response. I'm disgusted with this practice and especially the office staff. They are the rudest! I switched back to my previous doctor, where the staff is polite and the phones work! read more

Went to the Dr in March and used my health insurance. Was never once told I owed anything. Got a phone call in May and they said they were trying to send me a letter and I told them my address changed which for some they say they have no record of.they said they got the letter they sent me back to them. I was never once told I owed anything until a collection guy called me and not understanding why someone would have my information. I called rgoa right away and asked what was going on?! They said we sent out letters we got back, tried calling and I told them my correct address in May but they didn't change it and when they called didn't tell me I owed anything just that they were sending me a letter. They said they wouldn't take off the extra charges and it was all my fault and just have to deal with collections. Never been treated like this. Horrible customer service!! read more

I have been a patient of Dr. McKnight for about 10 years. She is AMAZING !!!! She listens to you and your fears and takes them very seriously. She explains issues well and makes sure you understand before you leave. I adore her and I am so happy that I found her as a doctor. She literally saved my life from ovarian cancer. I can not say enough great things about her as a doctor. The office is clean and friendly. I never wait long for any service. read more

I have been a patient at RGOA for almost 30 years. Dr. Sanko is the absolute best!! I dread the day I have to find another doctor (in case of retirement or me relocating). He has always been professional yet always asks how my summer, holidays, etc. have been. Anytime I have a question or concern, he takes the time to explain things to me. Any procedures I've had were top notch. When I haven't had insurance during times of lay offs he and/or the staff told me all my options which was extremely helpful. I have had nothing but great experiences over the years. I highly recommend RGOA!! read more
