I was a returning cash customer who purchased a supplement only to find the contents had been tampered with and replaced with Sweet Tart candies. After several phone calls and a return visit to the store I was not only refused a replacement or money back, I myself was accused of the tampering. Their resolve was to offer a minimal discount on a future purchase. Unfortunately this inferior quality of customer service does not warrant any additional purchases from myself at this place of business. Very little willingness to engage, stayed behind the counter, didn't really interact with customers or help me with product questions. I found a product I loved, but I couldn't find it anywhere else, and was out of state when I got paid and could afford it. I called to ask what the product was. I told them where it was, what it looked like, the display it was on. I asked the product name and the brand. They told me it "didn't have a brand," but in reality, they just didn't want to say or spell it out because it was eccentric. But they didn't just tell me that. It's mjuze. They could have said they didn't know how to pronounce it, but the word "lithe" mispronounced led me on a wild goose chase for over a week to find this item because I couldn't get over to the lion's den. It ended with a kind soul on twitter finding this item after searching for over a week and consulting three different other adult stores. The products are great, but I'd love for the staff to be a little more communicative! There's not a lot of room to be shy in this field.
