There were still dirty spots on the car that we had to use the towels to rub them off. We suspect the pressure may have been turned down since the new ownership. There were plenty of towels. The vacuums were all working. We may not return to this one with the amount of dirt still left on our car.

It's a tiny spot, you might miss it if you don't pay attention. They are quick to get you in and provide the necessary services. I normally get the $60 package when they wash, dry, clean the interior, vacccum and do much more.
