The PT ( Believe her name was Henneman), and proceeds to call me a he after the receptionist told her I am a girl, I corrected her because in no way form or fashion do I look like a He or presented myself as one, however instead of an an apology she said and I quote " it's because of your hair". Not only did the therapists assigned to me communicate very well with each other, but also with the surgeon. The therapy was extremely helpful, and was made much easier by the very personable staff.
