I called Vista Clean and spoke to owner, Ken. He gave me a quote over the phone, which I felt was very reasonable, so I set up an appointment. The first time they showed up he informed me that the load would be too large and they would have to take it in two loads, but he'd need to charge me for another one. I was OK with this and had them take the first load. For some reason I did not call them back right away and let some time pass. Maybe I was hoping it would magically disappear. Soon enough, I got tired of looking at the rest of it and called them back. They showed up on time and were very thorough with the job.
