Then I discovered this lovely company a number of years back and now a good 80% of my shoe collection comes from here. Huge selection of not only styles but brands as well. Amazing customer service. Great price for a great quality. I also give the company major props for a superb points system, and for not bombarding me with daily e-mails. This location is in a great little area as well. I've got to give major props to the sales people. I was trying on winter boots recently, grabbed a pair I liked, and moved on to look at other shoes not realizing I left my mitts behind. By the end of a 30 minute visit with Mona, I left with 5 pairs of shoes in hand and I absolutely ADORE every single one of them. I have NEVER had such amazing luck in ONE shoe store, let alone on the same day, but it just goes to show if you have exceptional service, anything is possible. These stores are self serve and generally have a big selection of men's footwear. This is nice because in many stores, it seems that men's footwear is an afterthought. What I found different about this location is that they seem to have a larger clearance section than other locations I've been to. Maybe I just hit the store on a good day? I think not being that it was right after Christmas with their Boxing week sale going on. The staff were friendly and made the rounds to see if I needed help with anything. The response was "I don't think they have even been tried on since there is stuffing in the them (the left one that was back stocked) I myself had tried the one on a few weekends prior, so I know that yes the one boot had been tried on, as it would have been by others as well. As I have worked retail my entire life, I think it's standard that floor models or displays since handled and received some wear should be discounted (especially since this is something as intimate as shoes - think about sweat, maybe they weren't wearing socks- it's not something you can guarantee) I would have been happy with 5%. This is the a first time purchase with this company. They are very friendly but rather than giving me some excuses I would have like to been offered something. Being a first time buyer it would have made a lasting impression.

I wore the fall boots, most of the fall. Both pair were already water proofed and good to go. I am now wearing the winter pair. They have to be the most comfortable boots I have ever worn. Later I met the owner, Bashar, and he gave me his full attention even though it was extremely busy at the time. Top notch service and they also had great shoes. I have to travel an hour north to visit my dad and would be doing so the next day and returning a few days later so thought I would purchase the one pair of Size 38 and one pair of the 40's and if possible return what didn't fit. I approached the clerk and inquired about their return policy on sales items. "Final sale" she said politely so I explained my dilemma. "Take them on approval" she said. Huh? "Take both pairs and let him try them on and bring back whatever doesn't fit." "I won't be back until Monday or Tuesday (4 days later)" "No problem." "Do you want a deposit?" Nope. "To record my credit card?" Nope. Just my name and telephone number. I couldn't even give her a local number as we have had the house telephone disconnected since my dad's move and I am the 1% of the population without a cell phone so I gave her my dad's neighbor's number. The clerk bagged the pants, smiled and said "See you next week." AMAZING customer service!
