over priced food, snacks and drinks. up until yesterday customer service was worth the convenience…read moreof the location. went into store to purchase cigarettes had a new employee who tried to tell first tell me they was out of one brand of smokes but I saw them and corrected them after getting them they refused to look in the unopened cartons for the second pack of smokes I needed. after purchasing what I could they tried to tell it was not their fault they was out very rudely. the experienced employee did not bother to even help tel he new employe. on my way out I did not curse I just yelled back because they was very rude I said your not out you just don't know what your doing. I only yelled so they could hear me because I was already out the door when the rude employees yelled at me it wasn't their fault they was out. when I know they wasn't out because she literally picked up the carton but didn't open it to look inside the carton. This morning when I went in to buy two energy drinks I was rudely told I was not allowed to purchase the drinks that they had the right to refuse service to anyone. when the employees was the ones who was a rude, b who refused to do their job, and c yelled at me first me. you literally had the experienced employee just standing there and the new employee did not know what she was looking for. I seriously already have an issue with the over priced products at this location but tolerated it due to location but after this I will be contacting corporate because employees snapping at customers and than refusing service when the customer never cursed or threatened all I said was your not out of cigarettes you just don't know what your looking for and only reason I yelled it is because I was already outside the door when the two employees already yelled at me rudely when they are the ones who absolutely had no idea what they was looking for and what they was talking about. The gas pump was old fashioned, like the stuff you used to see in California in the 70's. Luckily, I'm old and had seen this kind of pump before and knew how to operate it. The staff working there was nice and friendly and even struck up a nice conversation with me. It's a great little gas station with friendly people. A little far from the interstate, but, when there are no gas stations around, this is where I had to stop.

Now, I for one, do not mind, conversating and expressing ones opinion as this is our God given right, Freedom of Speech, however there is a time and place to express yourself in a way to utilizes expletives, as the two females were vocally upset, and favored one four letter word stating with F. Now this will not deter me from continuing my business, as I still find hucks to be a good overall experience. However, management needs to express to their employees that that kind of language, when children are present, should not be used.
