I've been to a number of Weddings, Funerals and Christenings here and they have always been very enjoyable (well, apart from the Funerals!) The Hall itself is a large space with a dance floor, stage and large tables and chairs so its ideal for a party. There is a Bar which is also used by the locals as a Public Bar which serves cheap drinks. The Parish hall has a large Car Park, so plenty of space for groups and has nice views over looking the bowling green. It has a large kitchen which is available to use if you are doing a buffett, with lots of space for preperation. Not the fanciest of places to hold a Special Event but its cheap and good value and the ample parking is a bonus.
