They have their own designated parking stops in front of the studio and there is more parking towards the back of the lot. Located on the second floor, you have to be buzzed in, which gives you an extra layer of safety and security. When you get upstairs you have an open hallway with multiple studios, you go to the right to get to the main office to check in for class. Their front desk has everything you could possibly need to purchase for class including shorts, socks, gloves, tank tops, water, etc. In the main pole studio they have small lockers to store your stuff and poles... pole everywhere! Watch where you're going or you might run into one... I know I have definitely ran into them before during events! I'm not really sure about the other studios. I've briefly walked into some of them to grab things for events, but I'm not so well-versed in their other classes. The people at Pole Fitness Studio are so open and friendly! I've been volunteering with Pole Fitness Studio for years helping them with their clothing swap charity events (definitely something to check out if you haven't!) But today was my first time taking a class there ever! I finally had a chance to take Pole Levels 1 - 2 (BEG) with Fawnia the owner of Pole Fitness Studio who is a legend in the world of pole! She is one of the nicest and friendliest human beings I've ever known and when I tell you, this was the funnest class I have ever taken!! I've never tried anything like this before, but I really wanted to get out of my comfort zone and by the end of the class I was spinning around on the pole living my best life! Fawnia makes it such a warm and comforting environment to really open up and let your hair down. She takes it step-by-step and really gives you all the tips and tricks to make to make the moves as seamless as possible, by the end of that class you will be one with the pole! I can't believe how many different moves we learned in 1 hour! The class has yoga mats and if you need a pole grip, they have that as well. I was looking for a studio for my daughter to dance but with the whole COVID and shutdown, it was a…read morebit difficult. We weren't comfortable going in the studio just yet, but we still wanted her to get that training in. Luckily I found CSLV and was instantly drawn to them because: 1. They offered zoom classes, no pressure to go in studio 2. Their fees were so affordable - SO AFFORDABLE The hiphop class that she took via zoom was perfect. She enjoyed it so much! I loved how the instructor always checked in with those on zoom vs just focusing on those in class. Once we were ready to go back in studio, we were welcomed with open arms. I can see that baby girl has improved tremendously in her dancing skills. She is more aware of her counts which is a huge. She's been dancing Ori Tahiti since she was 3 and she usually rushes thru the choreo. But now she takes her time and is a lot more aware of her counts and moves. Huge thank you to her instructors at CSLV for helping her with that and just helping her be a better well rounded dancer. In the short amount of time we've been with them, baby girl has already done a video shoot, they're working on their next video shoot now, and hopefully will be performing live the end of the year (assuming things start opening up). That is a lot more than what she did at her previous dance studio and she was dancing there for almost the same amount of time. So if you are looking for a studio to get your kids to dance with, I highly recommend Culture Shock. The instructors are great and always willing to accommodate, if they can make it work. They're a non profit organization, so they're not out here trying to get all your money. They are definitely working for the kids and I love that. I mean, I live all the way in the northwest part of town and we drive down to them weekly. Love that we're part of the CS family!
