It's not only tlayudas being sold, there's also tostadas & tacos, soda, agua de horchata & atole available. I like they have lots of salsas & veggies to add to your food. I do believe they should have chorizo as one of their ingredients for the tlayudas. When you walk/drive by almost always it looks full, but don't worry they're pretty fast at preparing the food so you won't have to wait for too long.Even though it's on the street, everyone including me believe it's very clean, & the guys preparing the food all wear chef jackets.

They do three kinds of tamales: mole, verde and rojo, and champurrado. I got two tamales de mole, used to the wimpy tamales in the states. Whoa, these babies are freakin huge. I was so full after one. And the mole was complex and rich and sweet and savory all at the same time. Duh, it's Oaxaca. The grandmas know what's up.

Hmmm they're awesome!!…read more Seriously my husband has been on a quest for burgers here in Oaxaca, and we drove a few times by this place until one day we decided to stop and eat something. We're talking about big sized burgers with many combinations of ingredients, One of our favourites is the Hawaiian buster or the master burger is great too. Their French fries are really good too, and I can't forget to mention their milkshakes. I just love the vanilla one although I would lo like it even more if they had a bigger size. The location is easy to find but they don't have a parking lot, this is not a problem since there's plenty of parking in the streets close by. The only problem is since they're so good, every time we go is busy, like we've had to wait for 30-40 min sometimes but in the end it's totally worth it, believe me!
