Basic Chinese fast food - can't go wrong!
Reba P.

Absolutely great quality and value! Ordered entrees soup & egg-rolls. Everything was piping hot, crispy, and savory! The fried rice served with he entree was so flavorful, and a massive amount - I'm talking breakfast fried rice ! If you are driving through, this place is worth the hop off the interstate. If you live in the neighborhood, wow, you're so fortunate! Fast-ish food, yet great quality, absolutely will stop in again!

I don't know where to start. The store hours stated that it opened at 11am but the employees didn't open the door until 11:10. The menu in the store displayed egg foo yung but was informed that it's not served. Okay, so I ordered egg drop soup and crab rangoon. I got home, opened my order and the crab rangoon looked overcooked; cajun. They did not taste fresh at all. The egg drop soup came with no fried noodles. Just the soup. My first and last visit to this establishment.

chicken, broccoli, and sesame seeds

This was my first time eating at this restaurant, and I must say it was pretty tasty, fresh and hot. The crab Rangoon was too sweet for my liking but the flavor was not bad at all, the chicken egg roll was okay it absorbed too much oil, the sesame chicken was very good and the crunch was still there, and the fried rice was also good, in addition to that I ordered shrimp fried rice but I let my son enjoy that , it looked very good also and presentation was everything. Only issue was miss communication of the four seasons. It was left of my order. I will do this again.

White rice with soy sauce. . NOT fried rice like I asked for. . .but apparently that's what they say it is

Placed my order for pickup via the app and I was given 2:13pm as my time when my food would be ready...bear in mind I only ordered a 2pc kids meal. I arrived at 2:08, and parked in the curbside pickup spot and waited. By 2:26 I began to get a little concerned so I called inside. Someone answered the phone and I asked if my order came through successfully to which the young lady responded, "Yes! I saw your curbside order come through, but I don't see you in the parking lot." I waived my hand to show her I was there and get this, I waited an additional 10 minutes and the food still didn't come out. By this time, my grandson is getting upset. I go ahead and pull up to the drive thru and was greeted by a very kind young lady. I told her my dilemma and she radioed into the restaurant what was happening. She thought she was talking to someone, but when she finished telling them what was happening, no one ever responded with a follow up. I went on and drove around and let the lady know why I was there and gave her my phone to show proof of purchase. This young lady proceeds to ask me, "Did you pay for it already"? At this moment, I'm mortified!!! I still kept my cool, because I didn't want a drink or cane's sauce with a secret spit ingredient. After 30 minutes I finally got my food, and I believe I received it because my facial expression let them know I was extremely angry! I've NEVER been treated so poorly in my entire life! I will never, ever go back to this place again!

I'm not a big fan of fast food fried chicken. It's not likely that I would have made it to…read moreBojangles if not for Vivian Howard. Vivian Howard of North Carolina, Chef, Restaurateur and teacher to hopeful home cooks with her current show on PBS, "Kitchen Curious" cites Bojangles as the source of her inspiration for dirty rice, wanting to recreate that specific flavor profile at home. Yes, Bojangles. She even went through their drive thru on the show where she makes her own version of dirty rice. So I finally went to the Bojangles near me in Lancaster one evening. We stopped in and marveled at the many biscuit combinations on the menu. I will say that reading through the reviews on our way there was weird though. There are apparently "legacy" Bojangles out East that serve bone in Chicken and more selections of sides or "fix ins." This caused consternation after this Lancaster franchise opened and they didn't have bone in chicken. It seemed to affect customer perception of the current trimmed down menu of biscuit and tenders, salads and sandwiches only menu early on. The menu reminds me of Chick- fil-A, just different. As for today, I came for the Dirty Rice. But we did order two Chicken sandwiches plus pickles, a family size dirty rice and a family size coleslaw, to go. Bojangles does not have jalapeños FYI. The menu neglected to show a sandwich only price. So I asked. I was told $6.92 including tax. The family size fix ins were $4.99. Combos with sandwich, beverage, and side choice are approximately $9.50. Sandwiches come with lettuce and tomatoes according to the menu. The restaurant was clean with booths and tables. Service was friendly. When we got home though, I must have been misunderstood or I misunderstood what went on the sandwiches. We had ended up with only pickles instead of added pickles. I don't usually post photos of food with utensils or half full containers with food already removed but today, I am doing that. I sliced up some tomatoes, washed lettuce, got out the jalapeños and more pickles and mayo and we fixed up our sandwiches. I would like to think that everything would have been sorted out at the restaurant if we had dined in, but only 2 pickles? Seriously? The chicken itself was cooked perfectly. The exterior was still mostly crispy and was well seasoned. It certainly needed the veggies. And I have to have my jalapeños! The bun was brioche however and perfectly toasted. Now the dirty rice. I could taste the chicken bouillon in the well seasoned rice and the big chunks of sausage were appreciated. It was good. So was the coleslaw. Nice and cold, crunchy and a perfect foil to my jalapeños on my sandwich. So we spent spent $24.42 on two people for no drinks, two large sides and two sandwiches. Honestly, it was good, but it is not something that I would eat frequently. As I said, we don't usually eat fried chicken out. They are open 24 hours! With a well lit drive thru and easy online ordering. Go and check them out!

Did we really just drive over an hour for Carls Jr? Yes...yes we did…read more This location is attached to a "Loves" which is a typical convenience store but also a very busy truck stop. Truckers can even take showers there, they have a whole system set up where there is even a screen in the Carls Jr letting you know what "number" is next for whatever trucker's turn it is to take a shower. Very interesting, as I've never seen a truck stop like that before. There was a good amount of turn around at this location, steady come and go of guests. Contrary to other reviewers we did not encounter anyone rude or uncaring. The employees seemed fairly content and friendly with guests as well as eachother. Everything seemed pretty clean, too. We received our food in a timely manner, they call out your receipt number and then even say what you ordered out loud. We usually have Carls Jr when visiting California, I will say the buns are different here. They're perfectly shaped and fluffy! In California it's all squished down and never looks like the promo photos around the store. So that's a plus I would say! The kids weren't crazy about the fact their kids meal cheeseburgers came with ketchup AND mustard, though...so if you have kids and they don't like mustard remember to say something as your order. For a family of 4, 2 combo meals and 2 kids meals ran about $35.
