The menu is pretty extensive, and word is that there will be a new one coming out soon with added dishes. This visit, we got the Rice Street noodles, Golden Noodles, a Penang Curry dumplings and Tom Kha soup. The steak served with the Golden Noodles were so tender and perfectly seasoned. The Rice Street Noodles had flat wide noodles that had great texture. I poured some of the Penang Curry sauce on white rice for that comfort food feel, and the soup was very soothing. We ended with a double order of Mango Sticky Rice. I didn't think mangoes are in season but these are sweet and perfectly ripe. The sticky rice is one of the best I've tasted. I ordered the spicy pad thai with fried tofu, and pad see ew with chicken. The noodles were a lot spicier than I thought, so it was difficult to enjoy it without taking breaks. It was decent, but I would definitely order it bland next time, so my mouth isn't burning. Funnily enough, the owner was there when I went to pick up my online order. There is also a 7-Eleven across, where we got drinks. Oh, and I really wanted to try their mushroom egg-rolls. They were worth it, and literally the best egg rolls I have ever had. True hidden gem! I just picked up an order from Rice Street Thai after reading some Yelp reviews and I am so excited. The food was delicious, fresh, and seasoned just perfectly. Food- I ordered the Panang curry with chicken. It was perfectly spicy served with plenty of rice. The order came with a crispy fresh salad and a slightly sweet-tangy dressing on the side. It was a generous served plate that I couldn't even finish and that is out of the norm for me. Keep in mind what stands out here was the flavor, however, bang fur your buck is appreciated. My daughter had the chicken chowmein and she commented how flavorful the noodles were that she didn't need extra sauce. She loved it. I ordered the rice street noodles with seafood a for my husband and it smelled so good. I had to taste them.. They used chowmein noodles and I agree with my daughter- very well seasoned. The seafood consists of PERFECTLY and I mean PERFECTLY cooked seafood. The shrimp was not rubbery, it was the cooked just right. You know where it's tender and slightly pink. Fish also tender and seasoned. The mussels were seasoned and tender. The little scallops were good, but didn't stand out, but the crab meat did. Again, they take the time to season the different proteins so they all have flavor and when you take a bite whatever seafood, bell pepper and noodle just explodes in your mouth with its own distinct flavor. Highly recommend this dish ! The service was exceptional too. I called my order in and the young lady was so patient and helpful. She was the one that recommended the seafood noodle dish- thank you. Then when my dog, my daughter and I picked up the food,. I actually stayed outside with my yorkiepoo while my teen daughter went inside. I saw the owner talking to her and J thought there was an issue, but then he came outside, petted my doggie and gave me a bottled water and apologized for the wait. There was no wait just a sweet gesture. At the end he opened the door my daughter and told us to watch for the traffic because this charming restaurant is in a corner right next to a driveway. I asked my daughter what he asked her inside and she said he was concerned and asked where her parents were and that's why he went outside with the water. That's attention to detail. All in all. Hospitality 100/10...something that can't be said about many restaurants. I felt like I was at home here with how well my whole family was taken care of. Not only was the service good, but the food? Even better. I'm a drunken noodle lover through and through but the owner, Jack, created the Rice Street noodle and it was a hit in my family. Gone by the time we left. I also personally loved the Thai Fried Rice and would order it again. My brother also made two very bold statements: the best green Thai tea he ever had and the best noodles, referring to the Rice Street one, he ever had. None of the dishes disappointed and we even ended the meal with the most beautiful dessert: mango sticky rice in the shape of a rose. I think they only do this if time permits so maybe come at an off time or just be prepared for the wait.
