Tucked into the rear beer garden of a pub I had some of the best duck curry and soft shell crab I've ever had. The menus are scattered throughout the pub and orders are taken at the bar. Like most country pubs the beers were served up by tourists on working visas and the two chirpy girls behind the counter on this night had recently arrived from Boston. We grabbed some beers and headed out for a drink in a traditional beer garden complete with fireplace heaters fashioned from a few old beer kegs welded together.
